Hello My name is Jennifer J*** I'm the office manger for All-Season's Towing & Recovery and I would like to take the time to explain the honest fact's of the claim against us..first the customer [redacted] called her insurance company on September 26, for roadside assistance and told the dispatcher that her car had broke down and that she needed a towwhen my driver got on scene he called in and informed me that it was not a brake down it was a recovery and that the car went down threw a ditch and back up against a fence ft off the roadwayso I then had to call in to roadside and informed them of what happened and the dispatcher told me that she had to contact her supervisor to find out if the roadside was still going to pay for the services and that she would have to call me backwhen the dispatcher called me back she told me that the customer was not covered for these type of services they consider this a accident and the customer is reliable for any and all charges..the process of recovery took around hour to complete..we had to strategize so we could recover this vehicle without any damage other then what said customer had already donetires completely off the rims etc car was not drivable at the scene There was a Highway patrol on scene to close one lane of traffic down so that we could get the customers vehicle back up on to the roadway to be loaded on to the tow truck...there is a notation from the state-highway patrol that there was no damage done to customer's vehicle at any point in time other then the damage done by the customer ..a full report was made from the state highway patrol who was on scene all night from 9:pm till after 3:am because while on scene to close the roadway the highway patrol vehicle was struck by a semi do to blocking the roadway for us to do a recovery on the said customers vehicleOur rollback was side swiped as well as a result of being on scene....no damage was caused to the customers vehicle other then the damage from " HER ACCIDENT" that was most likely caused by texting and driving any how..there was no new damage from the highway patrol / semi accident done to customers vehicle but yet she still tried to falsify a claim to Our insurance as well and her claim was dismissed..customer said on her complaint--hi, I was in an accident September 26, 2017..my accident was on I-71S and then she says she called her insurance and they sent All-Season's Towing and Recovery out and that my driver called her insurance (which is FALSE) and told them she was in an accidentSo her insurance called her and told her she that since she was in an ACCIDENT she would NOT BE COVERED for ANY TOWING and that she would have to pay for the TOWING SERVICES if she wanted her car towed/ fixedwe did our job we did everything by the book and did a great job..she admitted her self she was in a accident then got mad at us for doing our job and turning information to her insurance that were required to do..with that said once the car was loaded it was towed back to our shop so that the tires and rims could be cleaned up checked out then re-mounted and properly inspected and inflated to proper psi we opened the shop at about 3:30am at the customers request to fix the customers car so she did not have to stay in a hotel and would be able to drive homeit was after hour's and late at night which occurred after hours rates and she was fine with the after hours cost at the time of service..The customer stated that she just wanted the tires fixed so she could drive it the way it was and could go home not to a hotel. As for billing said customer was charged accordingly and fair..there was not a itemized bill ready that night do to we do NOT keep our COMPUTERS at the shop over night or on weekends but I told her I would send one the next day there is a break down on the receipt that was sent to the customers provided address by mail different times September 27, 2017, September 29, 2017, October 2,So I am also going to posted it on here as well ..and yes she did ask the owner how much it would cost on scene im the middle of an (ACTIVE ACCIDENT SCENE) on a ( VERY BUSY UNSAFE I-71) with (NO PRICE LIST) not to mention not knowing the miles to vehicle or miles towed or the extent of the damage that she did to her vehicleAt the time he did not know if anything was broke or would need replaced for her vehicle to be safe for her to drive againSo at that time he was not able to provide a price to herAnd that is what was stated to her on scene.Once back at our shop the customer ask the owner how much it was before any repairs were started and he told her the bill is at about $before any REPAIRS/SHOP LABOR or TAX..the customer asked for the work to be completed and was provided the final price of $BEFORE TAXES and CARD FEESwhich brought the Total price to $ The customer was happy with the work and the price at the time of serviceif you have any questions please feel free to contact me THANK YOU

I just wanted to let you know that the response letter from the manager is falseFirst of all the second time that my insurance was notified I didn't call them the police station called them and told them that I was in a ditch and needed a tow truckSo I never talked to my insurance company the second time they were calledSo the fact that she I called my insurance and lied and caused fraud by saying that I was in an accident is completely a lieAnd when my insurance called me back they said that the tow person said that I wasn't in a ditch and that I had been in an accident and that's why they refused to pay for the towAnd I talked my agent the next day asking her why I wasn't covered for an accident if I was in an accident like the tow person said I wasIt only took him 15-20min to tow my car out maybe even less it didn't take an hourI have proof that they're lyingI have the officer name who can vouch that I never called my insurance company to get the tow truck it was the police station that called themThis situation makes me so mad that they would lie and over charge me on purposePlease tell me you can do something? I can call the police station and ask for a recording or call my insurance and ask for a recording.Thank you,
