I'm sorry for the delay in sending you this email Our company changed owners last week and things have been pretty hectic As you requested, this is a short scenario of events with regard to the complaint from our customer, [redacted] ...Miss [redacted] called our company out to troubleshoot a problem with her air conditioner The technician found that the problem was due to a bad breaker This is an issue that is normally dealt with by electricians, so we do not routinely stock that part The technician offered to try to locate the part for her at one of the building supply stores in town Unfortunately, our local stores did not have the part in stock and we were forced to order it from our Houston vendor Ms [redacted] called the (former) owner of our company to complain about the length of time it was taking for her part to come in (two days) In the course of their conversation both sides got heated and it quickly escalated to the point where both parties were yelling Because of how everything transpired, Ms [redacted] was never sent the bill for the initial service.If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted] Office Manager All Seasons A/C and Heating [redacted]
