Review: The owner/operator of All Seasons Asphalt Paving made an agreement to re-pave my driveway. Started on October 21.2014. He was paid $4,000, 50% of his total contract price. As of today November 17, 2014 the job has not been completed. This man has not returned any phone calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money as he is in breech of contract.
