All Seasons Auto Sales

Review: I purchased my car from All Seasons September 2012. About a month after the purchase I started having issues with the car, which the problems got progressively worse and continued until it finally broke down in January 2014. I have put hundreds, almost thousands of dollars towards that car to try to get it fixed, but after every visit to the mechanic I'd drive home with a different problem. February 2014 I decided I did not have the money to keep fixing the car and called the owner of All Seasons (Randy) and explained my situation. He had told me he had more cars under my budget which he would work on financing for me. I would go days without hearing from Randy, and when I would call him he would tell me he was still working on financing. I had made arrangements with Randy to have someone come to our house to tow the broken down car away. The guy Randy had sent took our car keys and assured me he would be back tomorrow with a tow truck. I have not seen the guy or my car keys since and it has been about a month. After 3 weeks I had tried calling him and emailing him and at this point he was avoiding my phone calls and emails.Desired Settlement: All I ask is to get this car towed or to have the keys returned to me.
