[redacted] is a former employee here prior to my employment as GM. I recently changed over the staff so when [redacted] came back to the car wash he was looking for someone to hook him up and when he realized that he didn't know anyone he then became disrespectful about the quality and speed of the new...

employees. He did this in front of other customers and new staff. With his ill feelings towards the carwash and staff and the fact they heard him being disrespectful, I felt that having my crew wash the car would be an unnecessary liability risk so I chose to use my right to refuse service. He did not pay for any services that day. He became angry and combative, luckily there was a police officer in line that assisted us. She called for backup and he had 6 officers remove him from our property. [redacted] was wild and incoherent to the point that the officers all thought that he was on drugs but they did let him leave on his own. [redacted] then started a vicious attack on our business by writing a negative yelp review and personally attacked me in it. He then got a hold of the cell phone and work numbers of one of our private owners. Our owner blocked Kens number and then [redacted] started using other numbers to call him over 80 times. [redacted] threatened to beat up the owner and was verbally abusive. I called [redacted] to ask him to please stop harassing us or the authorities will be called. The harassment and phone calls to the owner did not stop so we then filed a police report with the Philly PD on 3-16-15. Any further issues will lead to us getting a stay away order.
