I met with Mrs. [redacted] on [redacted], and walked the property for a clean-up. Work was scheduled for Friday, May 30th at 8:00 am. She discussed what work she wanted performed. She said she did not want the Ficus or the Palm worked done in the front yard. She did not...

want to "pay" for them. I noted this on my work order. We arrived and started the job and Mrs. [redacted] was not there. I called to confirm she was coming for payment. We completed the job and I sent the crew on the way. When Mrs. [redacted] arrived she walked with me throughout the property and she never mentioned anything about the Ficus not being trimmed. She said it looked great! I received a call from Mr. [redacted] later on in the day stating I should have trimmed the Ficus. I explained my conversation with Mrs. [redacted] and what my notes said about not trimming the Ficus. He hung up on me. I would have rectified the problem had I known there was one. There was an obvious misunderstanding and therefore I have decided to satisfy his complaint and send $40.00 even though it was not contracted.

Please advise where to send the check.

Review: When the agreement for service was made, it included the tree located in our front yard, my wife confirmed with the owner that was included in her quote. The work was beautiful, but how do you have a fully manicured lawn, bushes, and shrubs and one tree not cut at all. This made even less sense because this tree is the largest item in the yard. The service was performed on May 29th, and she just submitted payment on June 11th, so much for prompt billing (another complaint)Desired Settlement: I want $40 refunded due to the cost incurred of having someone else come out and finish the job. The service was performed at [redacted]
