All Seasons Contracting Limited completed work at my [redacted] and [redacted] home in 2010. We are now selling this home and during the inspection there were a few shingles and facia damage around the chimney. The work done in 2010 had a 5 year workmanship warranty on it. It also indicated that all warranties were transferable. When Mr. McCarthy was contacted to repair the damaged shingles and facia he was rude and un-cooperative. He said the warranty was only on the shingles and not the workmanship. We asked if he would be out to repair the damage as it was a condition of the sale and he would not provide a yes or no, when or not. We continued to contact him and he eventually stopped answering text or calls. A few days before closing our real estate agent tried to contact him on our behalf to see if he had indeed completed the work as it appeared he did but he did not notify us it was done. He told her the work was done, made a joke asking if we were going to pay him and then said he could not supply written confirmation as he was out of town and could not text back or email something. This caused a lot of stress on us as the seller leaving us with fear that the deal may fall through. A few simple damaged shingles and facia have turned into a huge ordeal. We would not recommend hiring this organization.
