I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I would like to begin with reviewing all the things Revdex.com stand for and all of the ethical codes that Revdex.com contractors are to be abide by. Upon our initial meeting in August with your visiting friend [redacted], prior to our signed contract on 10/14/2013 that also has your signature with email/fax trails attached you ensured that all your crews are in house and not subcontractors. You brought [redacted] to our home on to walk the job so that you may prepare a proposal that is dated 9/24/2013. Due to your being out of the country Asia specifically we were kind and generous to accommodate your instructions and have our bank process a check to your in-house man [redacted]. I have attached the text messages for your review. I have all evidence beginning from August 7, 2013. You do have your copy of the signed contract in your records to review. We would appreciate quality service from beginning to completion. All this we are doing now is only prolonging this quality service you had assured us from our initial meeting in August of 2013. We did not wish to have to reach out to our community resources for help in the unfair, uncaring and inconsiderate matter just as we do not wish to proceed to small claims court or to contact the CSLB or any other means of resource to bring our job to justice. Please help us help you and bring this matter to a close before it goes any further causing more emotional distress and causing more problems for your business and our family.

cross referenced our business account for checks with your first name and last name and no checks were ever made out to All Seasons.  All of the business conducted through All Seasons has legal binding contracts, one copy for the company and one copy for the client. We do this to ensure quality service, this is not the case in your situation. We would appreciate it if you would rescind your allegation and please seek the appropriate avenues to ensure that the correct contractor cleans up the mess they left on your property.All the best,All Seasons General Contracting

Revdex.com,We are not satisfied with this complaint being closed. Please reopen immediately as we were unable to respond. You allowed this dishonest business over 7 days to respond. We logged in this evening to disagree with this response and to advise that this complaint and contract has been looked over by KUSI News Attorney and we are solid about having a valid contract with All Seasons. After investigating All Seasons, we also determined that [redacted] has no contractors license! All seasons is using a license of some guy from Westminster on their paperwork. Highly questionable. We have been encouraged by the community of San Diego to file a complaint with CSLB.  All Seasons have one pending now under appeal after they lost another case. Please REOPEN this complaint immediately so we may advise the public to beware.Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]

Dear [redacted],Attached is a copy of proposal presented to Ms. [redacted] for stucco project along with emails from [redacted] and Ms. [redacted].  As stated in email per Ms. [redacted] with a suggestion to have additional works done on her home at no additional cost/firm price; we declined to go into contract and suggested that she contract directly with the stucco contractor on her own.  There were no payment (see payment requirements per contract acceptance as a deposit, materials. and final) made directly to All Seasons General Contracting as acceptance of proposal per both parties (client(s) and contractor) at any time.  During our meeting with Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] on December 23rd to rectify complaints on our company to the Revdex.com, Ms. [redacted] stated she hired the stucco contractor to do work such as vents and window foam trims around doors and windows that was not present in our initial proposal as an agreement between her and the stucco contractor; a clear indication that she has acted on her own.  All Seasons feel that we have gone above and beyond as a contractor and provided Ms. & Mrs. [redacted] with direct contact to contractors that have serviced our company and clients needs and has passed it along to customers, such as the [redacted] that could not afford our services.  We request that Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] retract from such allegation as we have hired the law office of [redacted] to represent us in this matter.
