Dear [redacted] **,Attached is a copy of proposal presented to Ms [redacted] for stucco project along with emails from [redacted] and Ms [redacted] As stated in email per Ms [redacted] with a suggestion to have additional works done on her home at no additional cost/firm price; we declined to go into contract and suggested that she contract directly with the stucco contractor on her own There were no payment (see payment requirements per contract acceptance as a deposit, materialsand final) made directly to All Seasons General Contracting as acceptance of proposal per both parties (client(s) and contractor) at any time During our meeting with Mr& Mrs [redacted] on December 23rd to rectify complaints on our company to the Revdex.com, Ms [redacted] stated she hired the stucco contractor to do work such as vents and window foam trims around doors and windows that was not present in our initial proposal as an agreement between her and the stucco contractor; a clear indication that she has acted on her own All Seasons feel that we have gone above and beyond as a contractor and provided Ms& Mrs [redacted] with direct contact to contractors that have serviced our company and clients needs and has passed it along to customers, such as the [redacted] that could not afford our services We request that Mr& Mrs [redacted] retract from such allegation as we have hired the law office of [redacted] ** to represent us in this matter
