The business responded via phone as follows:The company states all service calls have a fee.The company states when the technician arrived, consumer was not home but another adult wasThe company states, it was not clear that the consumer only wanted an estimate of the cost to repair items.The
company will issue a refund of $to the consumer which is 50% of the service charge
