very satisfied - they were very quick & effecient in installing a new unit.Only a day wait as opposed to a competitor where we would had a day waitthe price was very comparable The team of installers were very consciencious of cleaning up after themselves They went the extra mile to help us obtain the rebates we were entitled to from the gas & electric providers.We rate ALL SEASONS HEATING & COOLING IN Dubuque IA A-

We did indeed install a new A/C and coil last year and it had problems soon after, we came out several times to address the problem and was in communication with the factory, at that time we replaced a thermal expansion valve which was the factory's recommendation and the unit worked fine the rest of the yearWe had no return calls from the [redacted] This year we received a call on Friday 6/in the early afternoon and "yes we were very busy due to the extreme hot weather" we still made it out that afternoon at around pm, at that time the tech made some adjustments to the system trying to get them some reliefThat late on a Friday there is no way for us to get any parts that were needed, after a conversation with the Carrier factory representative it was recommended we replace the whole coil and inject a factory recommended oil which we did as soon as the coil was delivered and we believe this fixed the problemWe have not heard from the [redacted] since the repairCarrier has issued a service bulletin concerning the issue with the coils, it was previously thought to be a problem with a batch of thermal expansion valves they have now resolved the problems with an additive that frees up the valves to work properlyBefore the repair this year I offered to remove the equipment and give the [redacted] their money back, they choose to have me repair itWe at All Seasons try our best to give the highest level of service available but we can only serve so many people at one time, due to the heat wave our industry in our area was inundated with service requests, we tried to get out to as many of our customers as possible working on the weekends and many hours of overtime yet we still had some people we couldn't take care ofThis is not one of them we did everything in an expedient manner the attached voice mail was left the same day as the first call to us this year and after our service technician had already been there "same day service is the best we can do"I "Pat" the owner of All Seasons was the service tech on both repairs due to the sensitive nature of the customers health conditionWhen I fixed it last year there was no way for me to know there was going to be a heat wave of the magnitude that we had hit us this year and there was no way for me to know there was still a problem but when we did find out they still had a problem we were there the same day as the first call and returned with the solution as soon as possibleWith no word from the customer since I left I assumed they were happy with the systemWe offer satisfaction guaranteed or your money back but that is for months from the date of sale I extended it for them so we could part friends that offer ended with the repair, since they didn't take me up on refunding their money I now believe they are satisfied and consider this issue closed.Thank You for your time.Pat R***Owner All Seasons Heating & Cooling, Inc

She contacted me while l I was on the road to set up the appointmentHer system hadn’t been serviced in probably about yearsI believe the last time we were out was for a repair, which is very different than a service and pricing can rangeWhen the tech got there he said her unit was very dirty and it took him more time to clean itWe charge $per hour for labor and I believe he was there for and a halfI have never charged $for a filter, I pay more than that for oneLast time I charged her Freon was years ago and the pricing at cost alone for it has gone up tremendously, and so our prices have to as wellIf she was worried about the funds, she did not make us aware of that She never said that we should stop at a certain priceWhen I spoke to her initially I told her what she can expect for a serviceWe went above and beyond to make sure she had a complete clean system which is what she asked for and she had a lot more to be done from what she initially stated in the phone call, therefore I quoted her specificallyWe are an honest company, we are not cheating her out for the serviceIf she left a message, I never got one from her on my voicemail and she paid the bill.I apologize for my tech and the footprints and ashes, he is usually pretty good about that kind of thing

We did not expect our compressor to still be under warranty-All Season Heating & Cooling checked for us and it was under warrantyThis saved us a lot of money

The owner Stephen gave me a verbal quote of when his worker gave my husband the bill it was for plus taxI still doesn't work snd he verb
At this time I have paid by check 18,and I have no working heat or central air conditioning .he said he is doneHe is verbally aggressive to meHe has call me a liarMy husband is veru timid I feel he is stealing from me

This company was suggested by my home warranty companyFrom the very beginning this man has been harsh and seemed rather uninterested in fixing my unitHe has never made any attempt at keeping me informed of what is going onAfter the initial visit I waited several days for the unit to be repairedWhen I called him for a status update only then was I informed that he needed parts that had to come from the home warranty companyI had to call the warranty company to request these parts as he had not done so and did not inform me that I need to until after I contacted himMy next call to him was to find out when he would be back to repair the unit and was told he had tried to contact me and left a message but I had never received any call or message from himEvery time I have contacted the man has been rather rude and even told me point blank that he "is tired of coming to fix my unit because it is costing him money"Needless to say he has made an already stressful situation more stressfulI will NEVER!!!! use this company again!

My main concern was the lack of response which typically took a couple days to even respond to our issues. I was also very concerned by what seemed like a lack of knowledge about what the continuous issue could be and guessing whether it will be fixed long term or not.
