Rip-of!Stay away!!!!They price repair service based on your desperation. I called them to fix a furnace making a loud clanking noise. I had to turn off the furnace the night before as the noise was unbearable. It was 50 f in the house when the technician showed up. He said the blower motor and the cage needs to be replaced and priced it at $1357. I was desperate to have my house warm again and didn't give it a thought and agreed. While he was gone to get parts I got a call from *** whom I had previously called to get a price. Now since the furnace was opened up and the problem diagnosed I was able to accurately describe the issue to him and he gave a quote of $700 to fix it. After the technician from All Seasons came back with parts, I took pictures of the labels on the boxes and searched the parts on google. The maximum price for the blower motor was $ 218 on amazon and $ 89 for the cage. So they charged me upwards of$ 1000 for the labor. Since I agreed in a haste I had to pay up. The technician also performed some diagnostic tests and cleaned the flame sensor after installing the motor for 5 minutes, but I do not believe it's worth $1000 of labor. All I could do now is to write this review in hopes that it'll help others like me.

Our goal is to try and always leave our customers satisfied with our work. Our services are quoted up front and our customers are in complete control of the service call to which they can decline service at ANY time. When you mentioned to our techincian that another company had quoted you a lower price, he suggested you call our office manager with your concern before he continued with the repair. You chose to proceed with the repair. Everyone has a differenct cost of doing business. Your furnace REQUIRED a 3 HP OEM motor, a generic/rescue motor could not be used. Prices on the internet are not comparable to what major supply houses charge businesses and most companies will not install an HVAC part that has been purchased online. If by chance they do, it will not be warrantied. Your invoice total was the Chicagoland average to complete the repair your furnace needed (which includes but is not limited to professional diagnosis of the problem, technician salary, professional installation, warranty and the cost of the part). We are not the most inexpensive company nor are we the most expensive. We are competitively priced with HVAC companies in our area. Your diagnostic fee of $90 was waived and what is not showing in the picture of our invoice is that (due to the old age of your furnace) we offered you a $400 credit (without expiration date) towards a future installation of a new unit. If you would like to discuss this further, we would be happy to speak with you.
