Review: I am complaining about a poor cleaning service. The counters were poorly wiped, the floors, mirrow in bedroom, forgot to do the the bottom shelf of a side table, did not wipe the dog mat and did not wipe down the toaster, microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker. The company's excuse for not wiping down the kitchen appliances was because clients don't like them touched. Well I do and they should've aske me if I didn't want it touched. They also left dishes in the sink and left some milk stains on the floor after wiping it down with my mop and cleaner.I called the company and they did not want to give me a refund. So we compromised on them coming back the next day to clean my basement to rectify my unhappiness with their service. we set a time for 12:00pm and the owner said that she would call me on the cell phone to let me know the exact time they will be there because I said I will be out until 11:45am. So I rushed home with my kids from work and she did NOT call me on the cell but left a message on my home phone (I told her to call me cell). The message was for me to call her. I called her and she said she spoke with the cleaners and they said that they did what they were asked to do! They said my [redacted] wet jet mop does not do a good job of cleaning. Well if they knew that then they should've told me. They also said that I should've told them to do the kitchen appliances. If the appliances are in the kitchen then you clean it! How am I suppossed to know to ask if I am using this company for the first time! They also said that thy made my bed and they ususually don't make beds. Why would they make a bed if they don't and why don't they do appliances if they can? So once the owner tried to argue their point I knew they were not going to come to rectify. The owner should've NOT taken the cleaners side and have them come to rectify by doing the basemnet at no cost becasue the owner agreed to it. That's bad business.Desired Settlement: I want a $120 refund for poor cleaning, bad communication on what they can and can't clean, inconveniencing me for not calling my cell because I rushed home, and not following through to coming back when owner said they will.$20 for first time cleaning$88 for actual cleaning$12 tip
