I went to the mowing site with a city official to check out the damages that Miss *** claims.The damage was ft off the ground and about the size of my fist.We looked for a rock or debris that could of caused this and found nothing My
employee said he hit nothing and had nothing to do with causing the damage to her fenceWe have guards on our mowers that deflect clippings in a downward motion to prevent this from happening.With inspecting the area with the city we do not claim responsibility for the damage to her fenceI did try to contact miss *** once and left her a messageI apologize if my response was not quick enough and make no excuses for myselfThank you

This is an absolute lieI was with the city official when he came to inspect and we both noticed a rocky area that was gone over with the mowerAnd if you were with him I never saw you, weirdOh its because you were never thereI guess I will have to get a copy of the report from the cityI have pictures of debris right along the fenceIt is obvious from my pictures that they didn't have a guard down and blew everything right at my fenceBig holes happen when things are kicked up at high speedsI have emailed and left several messagesI had one voicemail on my phone and called them back an hour or so later and weeks later still no response from themThey know they caused the damage, otherwise they would have responded to this and my many phone calls earlierThey deserve to lose their contract with the city
