Dear Revdex.com,I am thankful to report that complaint #11680714, with All Seasons Pools and Spas, has been resolvedThey sent another serviceman out this morning and he discovered that there was an electrical problem with our breaker box.All is well!Thank you!Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] purchased this pool and it has been installed for FIVE years All Seasons does not, has not and will not install pools The installers in the area all put a one year warranty on their workmanship If the pool was installed wrong it obviously wouldn't have taken five years to show up The fact of the matter is that Southeast Texas has had record amounts of rainfall this year and it is simply but unfortunately an act of God I'm sure that being an Insurance Agent, Mr [redacted] has had multiple claims that he has had to handle due to the flooding in the areaAs have many of my friends who are insurance agentsMr [redacted] is also aware that he signed a paper stating that "installers are not employees of All Seasons" and that "It is the customers choice as to who they have install their pool." Mr [redacted] also stated in his complaint that Doughboy told him that the pool was installed wrong This is a bold face lie! I spoke with Doughboy and they vehemently deny telling him that! They stated that there is no way that they would tell someone that especially when they haven't been to the site They even asked Mr [redacted] to send them pictures which he has yet to do Again, this is an act of nature, not a manufactures defect, nor is it a fault or warranty issue with the installation company after five years

This is in response to the complaint filed by Mr***. Mr*** does have reason to be disappointed. We had agreed to acid wash his pool even though the issue is not a warranty issue. Staining in white plaster pools is common especially in more rural areas where there are wells
and/or community water systems which are loaded with different metals that can stain. This is expressly stated in the plaster warranty portion of the contract However, given the personal history I've had with Mr***'s family, I agreed to acid wash the pool to see if we could remove the staining. I had also agreed to repair the flagstone at no charge, again given my history with his family. I have handed his info to one of my main subs, and when it dries enough to drain the pool, we will handle both these issues.Thank you,*** ** ***All Seasons Pools and SpasDennis Rd, Lumberton TX 77657409-751-

Revdex.com:i am accepting this with reservationThe manager was very nice and I appreciate that he defended his employees but I felt he just made excusesAll I was looking for was an apology and a promise to not let it happen again and to do betterInstead I got reasons why it was nearly impossible that his employees would behave in that mannerPeople make mistakes and have moments of bad decision making and all he needed to do was apologize for thatInstead, I got was this was a miscommunication and no one really did anything wrongI am putting this behind us for the sake of time saving but I will never use this company again and I will pass this experience on to anyone I know that has this need for this type of product or service

This pool was purchased and has been in the ground for six years with no problemsWe have many fully buried pools in the field that have no problems whatsoeverWe do not and never have installed poolsThe companies who do install the pools put a one year warranty on their workWhat simply
and unfortunately has happened is that we have gotten record amounts of rain this year and the water table has risen above the level of the pool breaching the integrityThis is an act of god and is not a warrantable issueWe do now try to discourage people from sinking their pools all the way into the ground but still have people insist and have the installation company fully bury their pools most having no problemsI would suggest that Ms*** contact her insurance company

I spoke with [redacted] the day after her negative experience over the phone with one of our female employees and her complaint to Revdex.com. I have spent the following days delving into the matter, speaking and playing phone tag with a half dozen employees to see how they recall the matter. My Technician...

recalled the service call slightly different than she stated it went, saying that he touched nothing but the jetted bathtub, and said that a man (presumably the husband or significant other) that was there had moved any obstacles. I also spoke with all our Service Coordinators and asked them if they recalled any disgruntled messages about a broken video game controller or a jetted tub in Penn Valley, and they said they didn't recall any messages. I spoke with our Service Office Manager, and she said that she did recall the service call and ordering an air switch for the jetted tub, which she believed was picked up in our Grass Valley store, but beyond that she didn't remember anything else. Lastly, I spoke with our Grass Valley Store Manager and Sales Associates that were present on the day of the complaint. Both of the ladies present said that they did not remember having such a conversation, but both offered to apologize on behalf of the company. In fact the Senior Sales Associate that was one of the ladies present on that day said that she tried calling the customer immediately after hearing about the situation, but she was unable to reach her. I have worked with most of these employees for several years and have found them not to be rude or liars, but to have character traits congruent with the values our company: hardworking, having integrity, and good customer service. I believe the whole incident to be a severe case of accidental miscommunication. None of this changes the fact that the customer felt they were intentionally mistreated and slighted. While we do not have a standard operating procedure for dealing with this situation, I personally have reached out to the customer to remedy the situation. Additionally, the apologies from the female employees working in the Grass Valley are extended, and they'd be more than willing to apologize to her firsthand.

This dealer closed for business and for two months I’ve been trying to get them to perform warranty services. Speakers never fixed and now hot tub says something about the pump. Purchased 5/20/16. Still under warranty.

All Seasons Pools & Spas are not certified electricians and cannot run electrical wiring.  We are, however, very familiar with the electrical connections required by the manufacturer to properly wire the system.  We have informed Ms. [redacted] several times that the pack was wired wrong by...

her "certified" electrician.  The manufacturer of the product requires that a four wire 220 volt with two hot wires with a GFCI Breaker, a ground and a Neutral.  There are only three wires connected to the pack.  This in essence voids her manufacturers warranty.  We will be willing to, at Ms. [redacted]'s expense, send out an actual licensed electrician who has experience in this sort of application.  Until then, I have instructed my service employees to not touch the pack for fear of someone getting hurt or electrocuted.

years to show up.  The fact of the matter is that Southeast Texas has had record amounts of rainfall this year and it is simply but unfortunately an act of God.  I'm sure that being an Insurance Agent, Mr. [redacted] has had multiple claims that he has had to handle due to the flooding in the area. As have many of my friends who are insurance agents. Complaint: 10683069I am rejecting this response because:  I guess the point was missed.  The point of the complaint is that All Seasons sold me the pool and set up to have the pool buried, as well, knowing there was the possibility of a problem. It is called deceitful.   When I purchased the pool from All Seasons I was told the only repairs that would need to be made is within 10 years the liner would need to be replaced.  I was told it would be just like installing a gunite pool but with a liner.  They never even mentioned the possibility of the pool caving in.  All seasons is the one who said doughboy pools were able to be buried with no problems.  A problem with it caving in was never mentioned.  It would have been one thing to have at least told me that the pool being destroyed was a possibility.  All seasons sent a representative out to my house, after months of phone calls I made to them with no call back, whom told me once All Seasons started burying doughboy pools he stopped installing them because they were not designed to be put in the ground. Therefore, they knew when I bought my pool that it was not designed to go in the ground.  [redacted] the owner of the company even told me that he know longer sells doughboy because the burying of the pool is ok for other areas of the united states, but not for southeast texas.   Now that came from a All season representative and owner.  As far as water table, it sounds like a real good excuse on All Seasons end for not properly installing and misrepresenting a product. I had no water issue around my pool.   A pool should certainly last longer than six years.  Buyers beware once they get your money they don't care about proper installation(someone who cannot even speak English will show up to install pool so you cannot even communicate) and they will not be honest about quality of product.Sincerely,[redacted]
