explaining their issue that we have no record ofThe letter was not registered, so there was no way to track the deliveryThey also explained to me that they had never called and or talked to anyone about the complaint at All Seasons RV & MarineAll Seasons RV & Marine is paying for the $of repairs described in the complaintWe are sorry for the bad experience Mr& Mrs*** experiencedCustomer Satisfaction is a top priority here at All Seasons RV & Marine and had we been aware of the issue sooner it would have been resolved before the Revdex.com’s involvement Thank you, Rick W*** All Seasons RV & Marine 541-382-

Thank you for giving All Season's RV the opportunity to respond to this complaint, it is always our intention to treat our customers fairly and have them leave here completely satisfied We have contacted Mr*** and apologized for any delay there may have been in contacting him We
have also scheduled for him to bring in his trailer so that we can take care of any needed repairs and to detail it and apply an exterior sealant package to itWe will also be reimbursing Mr*** $for a repair that we did that was not covered under his factory warranty Hopefully this will reassure Mr*** that we appreciate his business want to continue our relationship with him
