All Seasons Roofing & Gutters Reviews (3)

All Season Roofing & Gutters did sloppy and unprofessional work. They have a lifetime warranty that did not even last a year. Poor response to issues after completion of work. Dismissed my concerns of additional roof leaks after they replaced the complete roof Sept of 2014. Had to hire another contractor to fix problem, repair interior water damage from leaks and they DID NOT honor their warranty at all. DO not do business with this company. They lost a 15K additional copper gutter job due to poor work and bad customer follow up on issues.

I called All Seasons about putting on a new roof, the owner came to my house the very next day and showed me a couple options I could do. They started the job on a day that worked for me and had the whole job done within three days which I was surprised because I have a pretty big roof. I was very worried about my plants getting crushed around the house but Troy the owner assured me that they would be covered and be fine. The crew did a great job of avoiding the plants and did a even better job cleaning up the job after. I have little kids so I was worried about nails in the yard after but I couldn't find a single one. I would recomend All Seasons to anyone who is trying to get any work done to their house. They have an amazing team with great character. My new roof looks amazing!

Review: We bought our house in July of 2013. A year earlier on July 2, 2012 a new top roof was put on our house and garage by All Season Roofing, paid for by our seller [redacted]. I have a copy of the written contract from All Season Roofing stating that there is a 30 year installation warranty on labor and workmanship. After we moved into our house in the summer of 2013, we noticed condensation over one window in one of the bedrooms whenever there was heavy rain.

During the winter months of 2013, we had water leakage over the same window whenever there was any amount of snow on the roof over the window. The walls, window trims and sheet rocks around the windows were all damaged. We contacted All Season Roofing and the owner [redacted] had us paid $1,400 to remove the snow diverters on the roof (keep in mind our seller had paid him $2,500 to put them on just 15 months earlier) claiming the snow was held back by the diverters creating ice dams thus the leakage. We paid [redacted] to remove the snow diverters and also paid another contractor to have all our windows sealed with ice and water membrane to prevent any leakage. We prayed this would fix the problem. Well this winter of 2014, the leakage over this same window re-occurred and now more severe than last year. The walls and trims around the window is completely damaged. The hard wood floor is buckled. I had to shovel snow off the roof every time it snowed. In addition the flashing over the garage was not properly installed and we now have a new area of leakage this year. We contacted [redacted] and he refused to come out to address these problems, even though there is a 30 warranty on labor and workmanship on the contract. He blamed it all on ice dams and wanted us to hire him to come out to remove the snow. The roof area over the window and the flashing placed on the valley over the garage was installed improperly. The leakage was not due to ice dam as he had claimed. If it was then why was the window leaking even in the non-winter months when there was no snow, just rain?Desired Settlement: Have All Season Roofing fixed the roof over the leaking window as well as the flashing on the valley of the small roof. In addition, fix any other area that was done improperly to prevent future leak. I also feel All Seasons Roof needs to compensate us for the interior damage to my house as I had pointed out the problems to [redacted] from the beginning when we had the leakage.
