We signed a contract with All Seasons Roofing to tear off our existing shingles and lay new shingles The contract was signed on July 15th and we paid 50% down Work was scheduled to start in a week or two and was the job was supposed to last a week from start to finish July came and went with no call, no show from All Seasons Around mid-August, I started calling once a week to try and see where the job stood They did not answer or return my calls The week of September 12th, they showed up to begin work They then proceeded to show up one day a week to roof our home They completed work on October 18th while I was out of town What I had been up to inspect, looked good, but I have not been home or back up on the roof to see their completed work They have called and emailed me more in the last two days about receiving payment for their work done and are now threatening to place a lien on the house, if payment in full is not received by Monday, October 24th I clearly told All Seasons, both on the phone and via email, that they would receive full payment when I returned home this weekend and verified the work done Never have I said I would delay payment or not pay and although I am not happy with how long the job has taken and the lack of communication, I wasn't going to complain or write any negative reviews until this It has been less than two days since competition of the job that was supposed to be done months ago, and they are threatening and harassing us Extremely unprofessional in our experience with them

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the
offer I reviewed appear below. I do not need to speak with the company. When they did work for me in February of this year, I was told the warranty information would be sent to me. I want that information sent, not another conversation on why they haven't done so
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

If we had been told AT ANY TIMEThat there was a fee, we would not have gone thereWe were told nothing, and when I called to find out what had happened to the car, I was given the MUCH higher estimateI told him we would be picking up the car as we couldn't afford the higher amount (especially after receiving a much lower amount from someone else.) when we went that evening to pick up the car, it was locked, up on a lift, in the garageThis is not a good business practice, and I am passing this information on to others
