All Seasons Taxi

Review: on 12/**/2013, the so called owner of the company " [redacted]", hit my car from behind, with his Taxi. He agreed on paying out of his pocket for the damages. I got an estimate from my auto shop totaling $650. He agreed to pay me $300 or let him fix it. I said I didn't trust him, and I would take the $300 and have it fixed by my auto guy. He was supposed to mail the check out that week. It is now 2 weeks later, and still no check. I called numerous times, he always avoids me. I even went there, and he told me he didn't mail the check, that he wanted to see my car again. This is ridiculous, especially since he is the owner of a Taxi company. How are they allowed to just hit peoples car's, damage them, and not pay for it?Desired Settlement: I would like the $300 he agreed to pay me for the damages he made to my car.

Review: I called the company to schedule a taxi pick up and to get a price quote. When I called to confirm the taxi pick up the dispatcher gave me a hard time because we were quoted at a low price, however he then scheduled a car to pick us up at that rate. The taxi never showed up. We tried to repeatedly call the company and every time they hung up on us without speaking to us. They were irresponsible to claim they would provide a service that they never had any attention of providing.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why they promised me a service that they never fulfilled. I would also like them to apologize for repeatedly hanging up on us.

Review: After taking a cab home on January [redacted] around 3 am I got into a cab(whos driver claimed his name was [redacted]) who took us from the [redacted] in [redacted]. We made 3 stops, the first to [redacted] in [redacted] which he charged 17 dollars and was given 20 for, the next was [redacted] in [redacted] which he charged an additional 13 dollars for and the next stop was going to be mine which was [redacted] in [redacted]. There was two of us in the vehicle and he then proceeded to tell us it would be 13 each for the ride. I disputed the fare with him asking him how that makes sense and he claimed that it was not him it was his [redacted] and if I had a complaint to call him. I said okay, he gave me the number and I called the [redacted] who proceeded to tell me the price would be 15 dollars totaled I agreed to this price said it to the driver and he then said No way. He phoned his [redacted] and then told the two of us the price would remain at 13 dollars a person. We got into a disagreement and he then called 911. I waited in the cab for the police and as soon as the police got there he claimed it would be 13 total. I was outraged that he would lie to the officer like that and then he made me out to be a drunk 20 something which was not the case at all. I paid the 13 dollars and left the cab, embarassed and upset that this company could treat me like this. I then called the [redacted] to file a complaint and he claimed it must have been a misunderstanding and wrote me off again. To begin with all of these fares were spiked and this driver conducted himself in an unprofessional and demeaning manner.Desired Settlement: I believe this business number one owes me and my family an apology for embarassing me to an officer as well as putting us through this agony at 3 in the morning. I also believe some type of compensation or complimentary service should be given in exchange for what we endured on this evening. For my neighbors to witness this incident occur has a condemning affect on how they look at me as a person regardless of my explanation of the story. I do not conduct myself in that manner and am completely embarassed. Their fares need to be better regulated and controlled so we know what we are getting when we step foot into that cab. There is no meter or anything of the sort so the dispatchers and drivers are free to charge us whatever they see fit. It is unprofessional and I am outraged.
