Review: All Seasons Timeshares promised to sell our timeshare "immediately." That did not happen. The terms of their contract are they have one year to sell our timeshare. After one year, we can cancel our contract and all monies would be refunded. We paid them a total of $434. The cancellation clause was a little bit tricky saying "If you wish a refund in full you need to notify All Seasons Timeshares by FAX on the same day your original contract expires." The contract was signed June **, 2012. I sent a fax on June **, 2013, and again on June **, 2013, with successful receipts on both sends stating in no uncertain terms my intentions of cancellation of this contract and a demand for a full refund of the monies paid up front. I have called several times with no answer on their end to both numbers, ###-###-#### and to the sales rep personally, [redacted] at ###-###-####, leaving several messages on [redacted]'s number. No one has returned my calls. I have also filed a dispute with my bank.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the monies paid to them credited back to my credit card originally used.

Review: All Seasons timeshares contacted me about selling my timeshare at the [redacted] in Bandera, Texas. I paid them $380 by check. I have a copy of the contract that if in 6 months it had not sold I was guaranteed a full refund on my request by faxing the request with a copy of the contract. I faxed this to them 6 months to the day which if stated I should do. I have a copy of that fax also. I have not heard a word from them after numerous phone calls and emails. I dealt with [redacted]. Her email is [redacted].The contract states I will receive the full $380 refund.Thanks for your help.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my $380 as stated in the contract.

Review: On January **, 2013 [redacted] , a Sales Agent for All Seasons Timeshares sent me an email to thank me for speaking to her regarding our timeshare with Diamond Resort and included in the email instructions to go to the company's web site to review the guarantee policy. My spouse spoke with her as well about the company. We reviewed the web site upon making a decision. [redacted] continued to pursue and convince us to give All Seasons Timeshares the opportunity to sell our timeshare. After finalizing paper work on February **, 2013 and grant permission for her to debit my Checking Account in the amount of $699.00 for the fee she became unavailable to answer or return any calls when I called her at ###-###-#### or the Customer Service number ###-###-####. According to the company's policy she explained over the phone and in the email of the contract she sent, the contract stated the customer will be given a money back guarantee if the timeshare does not sale within 6 months from the date of the contract. I made several attempts each month until the contract date with no success of contacting any one from the company regarding the status. I left phone messages, sent emails to this address: [redacted] and received no form of contact with a response. My final email I sent to [redacted] on August *, 2013 prior to the expiration of the contract on August **, 2013 , I requested the status of selling the timeshare and stated if no offers were made at this time we were requesting a full refund, she never responded I am now taking other actions because we feel this company did not keep their agreement to this contract according to their policy. I have a record of all phone calls and I am requesting a print out from my phone carrier in addition I have the emails sent if needed as proof to show several attempts that were made to contact this company regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a full refund of $699.00 from All Seasons Timeshares.

The property did not sell within the contract period of one year. The property was listed with the company on August **, 2012. It did not sell so I faxed on the exact date ( one year: August **, 2013, as required in the contract) in order to receive a full refund. No one at the phone number or the e-mail advertised on the website or the agent will return my phone calls and no one is forthcoming about my $500 I am supposed to receive. I faxed a copy of the original contract on the exact date required, just as I was supposed to do.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Full refund of $500 since property did not sell within the contract period of one year.

Review: I signed up to sell my timeshare with them. A full money back guarantee is offered if they dont sell it within 6 months. Six months will be at the end of October. I have tried numerous times to contact them by phone and email and no returns. There is a process to claim your money back and I need information in order to proceed with that process.Desired Settlement: THey return my phone call or email and proceed with the process of refunding me my money of $379.00

Review: We signed a contract with All Seasons Timeshares to sell our timeshare property in San Diego, California on 4-**-2012. The cost was $299.00. The contract stated that if they did not sell the property in one year from the origin date and if we contacted them on the same date one year later by fax (4-**-2013) we would be reimbursed the total amount we paid out. We followed the contract exactly as stated and have proof of a faxed request canceling the contract and requesting reimbursement. We have made several calls to the company that have not been returned. It has been nearly four months since our request and it has gone unanswered. We feel that that this company has failed to complete the contract as agreed to by both parties.Desired Settlement: We wish to be refunded our money as agreed too and to avoid this same problem other families may have with this company.

Review: All Seasons Timeshares listed my Hilton Head timeshare for sale. The contact stated that All Seasons Timeshare will refund the listing fee in full, $289.00, if they do not sell my timeshare in 6 months. My Timeshare was not sold. I was told there were several people intersted, but that was false. Per the contact, I faxed a copy of the agreement after six months too All Seasons Timeshares. I have received no contact from All Seasons Timeshares.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund for $289.00.

Review: Contract states that if timeshares do not sell after one year I can get 100% refunded if I fax a refund request to the company exactly one year later. Did that. Have called and sent e-mails.

Have left numerous messages for the agent [redacted] (Phone ###-###-####) and messages at the company phone. The business is still there. Their phone number is ###-###-####.

Review: On 12-**-2012 via Email Contract, ALL SEASONS would to Sell my 300,000 Points with WYNDHAM VACATION RESORTS for $36,000.00 . [redacted] called me to say were Offering them for $31,800 to the "[redacted]" who had pre-qualified to Purchase at a Sales Meeting. Checked few weeks later & [redacted] advised that [redacted] had a Credit Card Issue, but were clearing it up. Again I did followed-up & [redacted] called back "Were still Trying to Sell to Them....". Couple months past & again Emailed [redacted] & again [redacted] called to say "Now working with another Couple...". The CONTRACT has a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE in that I could after 6 months, by sending a FAX, which I did on JUNE **, 2013, I would receive my $359.00 back. 4 Emails 07/**, 07/**/07/** & 07/** & yet have had No Responses. They Drafted my CAPITAL ONE BANK Account, processed $359.00 on 01-**-2013. I have called CAPITAL ONE Fraud Dept., but Bank Policy will only Dispute Charges up to 60 days after the Charge. As this is now 6 mos., appears a SCAM....! Bank did call ###-###-#### and only got a Voice Mail indenifying [redacted]. Seems a bit strange as their Web Page is still there, yet only give one the 1(888) Number at to a Contact........... ????

Review: The company's written 100% money back guarantee was not honored. After one year the company promised in writing to return 100% of the $998 I sent to them (through bank debit) on August **, 2012. On August **, 2013, I faxed them my contract since they did not sell my timeshares. I have called them numerous times weekly since August **, 2013. They do not respond to my e-mails at [redacted] or return my calls and neither does their agent, [redacted], with whom I did the business over the phone. Her direct phone number is ###-###-####. She will not return my phone calls either. I found out that the $998 did not even go to All Seasons Timeshares but to [redacted] and his Bank of America account # [redacted]. I read online complaints that many people have been scammed, like me.Desired Settlement: I want my $998 returned to me.

Review: I listed my timeshare at Myrtle Beach for them to sell with the provision of a money back guarantee if it didn't sell within a year. I was charged $199 and $399 for my single and double rooms.

Now well after a year I've been trying to call for my money back but get no reply from either the main company phone number, or the number of the representative, ([redacted], phone number ###-###-####), that handled my case.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for both the $199 and the $399 as promised in any form they can provide.

Review: We dealt with [redacted] and an associate, [redacted], in May 2013 when they told us they had a buyer for our timeshare. Did some due diligence and also had several conversations about the process, which guaranteed refund of the $350 we paid if the timeshare was not sold. Have several emails detailing transactions, including the name and number of a referral who told me All Seasons sold his [redacted] points. Things seemed be moving forward until June, when calls and emails were not returned. I did speak with [redacted] around early June (if that is his real name) who informed me [redacted] had been in the hospital with [redacted]. After that, he also disappeared and I noticed [redacted] cell phone, ###-###-####, has been turned off. No response to calls at either number nor emails, and we have now reached our six month time limit when we should be able to request the refund of our money. Paid by check instead of credit card, which I realize now was a mistake, and when I started seeing recent complaints, I realized I had been scammed by this unethical company.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the money paid as stipulated in sale contact which guarantees refund if timeshare not sold within six months. Contract signed May * and today is six months' deadline.

Review: We were given A 6 month money back guarantee. All we had to do was fax copy of contact to sell our timeshare and written notice that we wanted our money back. we did this after six months with this company and never received any response. We tried calling them several times and left several messages, but no onr ever returned our call. They owe us $499.00. This is alot of money for us and is not right. Any help with this would be great. Our contact was up in june of this year.Desired Settlement: They give us a written money back guarantee and did not honor it. I would like my money back. We would selling this because we could not afford it with alot of unseen medical bills. Now we are out more money. Their agent [redacted] promised us it would sell fast and if it did not we would get a full refund.
