On 04/13/16, I entered into a contract with All Seasons Sales and Rentals LLC through a Timeshare I requested to purchase through e-bay I had been lead to believe by a woman named "Hope" that it was processing and taking a little longer than usual I then received an e-mail from her on September 9th, that the process should be completed within days at the most It is now over that time frame and I am not receiving response from my emails or phone calls sent I cannot get an explanation as to whether I purchased this timeshare, or not This has been a very negative experience for me
All the folks at All Seasons Travel Group and Rogers & Lee Title were of great help in helping us to transfer our timeshare Although it took a little longer than I had expected We have dealt with other realtors and travel groups who only took money and never delivered the end result, All seasons promised that they would get our timeshare deed bought by someone else and they delivered on their promise Hope, with Rogers and Lee was especially understanding and sweetI would recommend their services to anyone wanting to sell their timeshare

Contacted us without solicitation, Amanda admitted that our information was more than likely gathered through our home resort The original pitch is buying your timeshare from you; if it qualifies Our timeshare is paid for, current, and I could not find a timeshare re-sale company that has anytime at our resort; desirable! This company promises top dollar to hook you in Than it is another timeshare sales pitch; no compensation!
This company straight out lies to you to get you to listen to their 30+ minute sales pitch advertisement and misleading sales promises!
I found everyone with whom I dealt to be professional and helpful While no one wants to have to pay a company to take a timeshare off their hands, everything was above-board and I always knew what finances were expected of me I was even offered an additional discount at the end
I recently transferred my Timeshare ownership to ALL SEASONS TRAVEL GROUP INC. The transfer was done in a timely manner and the title company [redacted] and
[redacted] completed the transfer. With all of the fraudulent timeshare sale
schemes out there I was reluctant to proceed, but ALL SEASONS did perform the transfer on the terms that were presented and the transfer has been completed.
I am a dissatisfied customer of All Seasons Travel Group. I called their number and left several messages but never received a call back.
I entered a contract with them in May 2016, my timeshare worth $16K + $2K membership fee, in exachange of great travel discounts and not paying my timeshare maintenance fees anymore. Six months later, I still have to find a better deal with them than what I normally find online. During the presentation, they will tell you that they will match any deals you find plus 10% off. When I called them for a price match, they said that they cannot match military and group discounts. Often times, their site will say "no rooms availbalble for the date you selected" when there are plenty of rooms available online. This week, I received a bill from All Seasons for $199 annual fee (?), and another bill from my timeshare for the annual maintenance fee.
My biggest issue with Rogers and Lee is they never answer the phone when you call them.
They might call you back a couple days later if your lucky.
There is a lack of customer service for sure.
They contact you under the premise of buying your time share when in fact after they waste your time watching a really stupid 32 min video, they try to sell you a "package" for nearly $4k depending on what they tell you your timeshare is worth. If you do not buy their package, they don't buy your timeshare. It's a rip off, and a waste of time!
Part of my work experience has been in the quality control of specific areas of education. Critiques were used to improve our products. This critique of mine will all be in the positive category You have lived up to your contract and questions have been answered in a timely and positive manner. I am thankful for this. Thank You!
I found this company to be professional and honest in my dealing with them. I recommend them highly to anyone who needs to dump an unwanted Time Share. They spelled out the plan of action and they carried out the plan in a timely manner. We are very pleased with them.
Great Service. Took a little bit of time to complete the entire process in transferring of my timeshare. I am glad I am completed the process. and not have any more maintenance fees. The people at all seasons were very helpful and friendly.
At first we thought this was a scam, but the more we listened we decided to take a risk. We wanted out of our timeshare so bad that it was worth a shot. So far we have been very pleased. They have been very honest and upfront with us about everything they are doing. And we plan on using our vacation club package at Christmas!

Anything timeshare oriented can be challenging, but they always answered my email questions and were great to work with.
