Review: I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with this company for more than a year. I was billed for a second service to correct a service that was not performed properly the first time. I should not have any balance due but the [redacted] has ignored my calls for the last year and keeps sending me overdue notices. He has no respect for his customers and referred to me as a deadbeat and a thief. I don't know how someone could be so inconsiderate to his customers. I feel that since I am an older lady he has consistently tried to bully me into paying him.Desired Settlement: There should be no balance I do not owe them anything. They need to adjust there records.

[redacted] agreed to and received a Lawn and Foundation Spray on July [redacted], 2011. Our company received a call on August [redacted], 2011 stating that someone came in with a tick. We explained to [redacted] that because she was sprayed Forty-One days ago she was ready for her next spray and that there would be a charge for the second spray. We did not in any way mention that the spray being done on her property was a re-spray. When we were done on the phone on August [redacted], 2011 [redacted] was fully aware that there would be another charge for the second spray. When we came to service her property [redacted] gave us a check for the first spray (July [redacted], 2011) and we left her a bill for the second spray done August [redacted], 2011.

It was not until December [redacted], 2011 that [redacted] called and said “That the second spray was a re-spray because the first spray didn’t work.”She was receiving monthly bills since the spray and December [redacted], 2011 was the first time [redacted] began disputing it.

Now fast forward to July [redacted], 2013. I received a phone call from a very irate [redacted] who in no uncertain terms said to me that unless I void the balance he is going to call Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs.

We have been in business for Twenty years and have an impeccable record with both the Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs. The complaint in front of us today is not service related it is because the refuse to pay.

I have the utmost respect for all paying clients but when you are trying to take advantage of a company that is doing the correct things, I must draw the line. I have a Fourteen Day re-spray policy for Ten Thousand clients we service in the past: Please understand that if I gave everyone a re-spray Forty-One days after the initial application we would no longer be in business.

We will continue to seek our payment owed to us of $108.62.
