originally looked at this water problem, there was a crack in the one spot where the customer's home was getting wet.  All Seasons sealed that crack below grade and the leak stopped.  Nearly 4.5 years later now, the house settled and the crack opened up at the top, causing the cosmetic patch above grade to fall out as the original crack was now wider.  This allowed water to get in behind our seal but was not caused by anything improper on our part, the customers house settled and the crack opened up.  We have no control over that.  I personally called [redacted] and [redacted] after my Service and Production Managers had gone back out to try and further explain this to them.  [redacted] was reasonable but [redacted] called my employees stupid and demanded a full refund.  When I called and spoke to them [redacted] was yelling, refusing to listen, so much so that [redacted] finally got on the phone with me himself.  All Seasons has, from the start offered to go back and re-seal the original crack, even though we were not obligated to do so.   There are thousands of customers that will attest to this.  We stand behind our work, this job included.  I did not hang the phone up on this customer, I did not refuse to honor our guarantee, and I never yelled at them.  The complaint is a fabricated lie.  At All Seasons, we do care, immensely."
