Dear Mr***, One of our crews stopped by your home to take care of the caulk on the lower half of one of the back windowsIt looked like the caulk had shrunk and needed more to be appliedThey had the wrong color of caulk with them and it didn’t matchWe had used a darker color caulk
than usual with the window color to apparently match trim colorThey neglected to leave you a note that they were there, it did not look like leaking was going to be a problem, and that they would be back with the right colorThe job had been marked as completed in the computer when our receptionist contacted me I thought that she was rehashing old incorrect infosuch was not the caseWe apologize for the inconvenience we will be delivering several tubes of caulk this week Thank you, All Seasons Window & Siding LLC
