District office sent a refund check a couple of weeks ago Should have received her refund by now.*** ***

Review: I rented a UBox through this company's Uhaul Service. I paid the intial month online through the Uhaul Website. I removed my things from the box in less than a month and there should have been no further charges. I have called 4 times so far to this company. 1 voicemail and 3 times I spoke to someone. The first time I was told I needed to speak to [redacted]. The next 2 times (each time no one called back as promised), I did speak to [redacted] who told me who we get back to me. Each time, I have given them my order # and stated the problem. I am being charged over $78 each month and my things are no longer in the Ubox and the account should have been closed. To date, I have been overcharged approx. $236.

All I want is a refund and for the charges to stop!Desired Settlement: Refund of $236.76 and no more automatic payments!

Review: We had a tow hitch installed at this business and used it for a pop up camper. The turn signals were reversed. When we called to have it fixed the technician stated, "We've had that problem with a few of these we installed around that time." We set up a time for him to fix it which he said he would do free of charge. When we took the car to the business to drop it off, we waited for 35 minutes and he never showed up. We left a voice mail and he did not retrun our call. We finally reached him later in the week and dropped the car off at 8am. I went to pick the car up at 4pm and he had not started the job. I waited while he "fixed the problem." We hooked up the camper the next day and one signal was not working at all. We attempted to take the car back once more but he stated he could not work on the car due to a family emrgency. We were told that we would get a refund if we took the car somewhere else which we did. When my husband took the receipt to him he refused to pay because he stated that he spoke with the mechanic that fixed it who told him that it looked as if it got "bumped" on something. He owes us 42.00 for a repair that he never did correctly to begin with.Desired Settlement: We would like our refund for 42.00
