[redacted] I just recently recieved a message from the insurance adjuster and will be calling on the 18th. Yhis recent phone call last week was the very first time he called. As for the rest of my complaint there has been no co tact from them in fact I called a week agi and asked to talk to the district manager was told his name was John and he would call back after he got out of his meeting and I recieved no call from him. Jeff called on the 6 th march to set up a time for him to come out and look atthe damaged belongings for which I will call him on the 19 of this month This is a copy of the message [redacted]
