[redacted] of OSC has not completed contracted work regarding the repairing of my roof and replacement of my gutters. I have been waiting 3 months!
Mr. [redacted] of All Service OSC and I signed a contract on Aug. 28, 2013 for him to repair some roof damage and have new gutters installed by Sanchez Seamless Gutters. Mr. [redacted] tore off part of my gutters in the beginning of September. Since then very little work or progress has been made. I have called him numerous to ask about progress and when the work was going to be completed. He has come up with several different excuses as to why he cannot complete the work. But, that he will complete it in a week, then another week, and so on. On Nov. 2, I spoke to Mr. [redacted] over the phone and told him enough is enough that if he did not have the work fully completed by Nov. 10, then I was going to hire someone else to complete the work. Still, the work is not complete and no work has been done since Oct. 27.

My roof appears to be sustaining further damage by not having a gutter and needed repairs for such an extended period of time. I have had some roofers come over recently to examine the roof/gutter and give their assessment and proposals. More than one has said there is nothing wrong with my gutters and that they could re-install them for far less than what Mr. [redacted] was charging me. Also, every single one of them said they never take any money up front! One roofer even stated that some of the step flashing work Mr. [redacted] put in is leaking.

I received notice from my home owner's association on Oct. 8, that my gutters needed to be put back on or replaced within 30 days. I told Mr. [redacted] of this and told him he would need to pay if I was fined. He agreed that he would pay the fine. I am waiting for the assessment from the HOA, but I am expecting the fine to be around $50-$100.

I am not certain in Mr. [redacted] is trying to rip me off or legitimately is an individual with a lot of personal problems. But, in either case, I need the
$1,000 paid to him + any HOA fines returned immediately to me in the form of cash, a cashier's check, or money order. He has abandoned the job, not fulfilled his end of the contract, and just need my money back!
