Products are getting stuck in the pump I've tried explaining this to the consumer, but he doesn't understand This is causing the pump to burn out

I am rejecting this response because:The vendor said they installed a new pump which didn't happens.I was charged
for new pump that wasn't installed, the vendor send me to collection, the collection agency threatens to ruin my credit if I don't pay
