Review: Contacted company All Services Pro though [redacted] voucher for Air Duct Cleaning. Website is allservicepro.net.Service Tech arrived, Daniel A[redacted] (ID# [redacted]), June 4. From the [redacted] we agreed to the cleaning service and additional footage not covered for the ducts from the furnace in the attic. He completed in under an hour, left our home but text later saying he left his tools in the attic.When I came home and checked the attic to see if anything was left I found the furnace condensate pipe had been unconnected and water had been leaking onto ceiling drywall through the night. We took a photo and and sent it to the the Air Duct Cleaning serviceman to ask what had happened. He agreed to look at the area when became back for his tools.He arrived while I was at work and my wife was at home. I talked with him from work on the phone while he asking if we had any plumbing done recently, and that a boards was moved in the attic. I said he was the only person in the attic, worked on the furnace and the pumping is not in the attic. There was no resolution on the phone and he said he had to go to another job before I could come home to talk to him. When I got home I saw a approx 14" hole had been punctured through the ceiling drywall covered the floor and the ceiling fan blade was broken off. I called immediately to ask how the situation became worse and if he could help me understand what happened again. But no resolution. He text to my wife's phone indicating: "You signed liability forms saying we are not responsible for any damage."We did not sign a contract to cause another $1000 worth of damage or mold growth in our home. This has caused undue stress for my family, my electric bill and moving my kids from their bedroom, which is no longer fit for living.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to pay for the replacement of the damage area of the ceiling and for their customer service practices to be noted so other people do not endure the unprofessional treatment.
