Review: I purchased a Steele Shop Kit for roughly $29,282.17. Then I found out my property needs to be inspected for Pocket Gophers by Thurston County and the Federal Gov. before they will issue a permit when trying to submit the plans. And this was after I was told by Thurston County that I was not in that zone needing inspection when first inquiring about the permit. Our property can not be inspected until June of 2015. So I call All Services, Inc. and requested our money to be returned since the only thing we have taken delivery on are the Shop plans. The company stated they would need to look at what was already purchased and get back to us the following week. They did not get back to us and are not returning our calls. We had a lawyer send them a letter with some options and they are not responding to the lawyer or calling him back as requested. So they are basically ignoring us and not returning our money.Desired Settlement: At this point we would like all of our Money back, plus our Attorney fees.

Review: All Services Inc has been working on my project, a 36 X 25 addition to one of their existing buildings for almost a year and has only been able to accomplish getting the footers and slab work done. This company was paid in November of 2013 and to date only the afore mention work has been done; namely the footers and slab. The trench that was dug for the footers was left open for nearly 2 months creating a safety hazard on my property. Additionally, the back fill was done incorrectly and had to be done over. After my payment and waiting for about 3 months for work to begin, I was informed that the owner, [redacted], commented that, I knew I was going to use you as fill-in work; something that he neglected to tell me. So here I am, just a few days away from being a year into the project and nothing to show for it, but a footer, a slab and a flooded existing structure as any rain that falls on the unprotected slab runs back into the existing building.Desired Settlement: It's simple...I want my addition finished and I want my addition finished correctly. It's not rocket science here. I've talked to a few contractors in this area about this and, by and large, most of their commments were: "WOW" contact the Revdex.com. I want the addition finished, I want my addtion finished correctly, and I want my addition finished NOW!
