After receiving a firm quote from and paying my deposit to All services Movers I got a call from one of their associate who was involved in my initial discussions with them who said that they were going to return my deposit to me because they could not do possibly do the move from Missouri to Florida for the price they have quoted meI contacted the person who sent me the quote only to find out that there some internal fighting over the commission on this moveSo in effect some of the associates at All Services Movers were prepared to drop the business opportunity altogether rather than miss out on the commissionA deplorable mindset that mad me suspicious but because I was already committed and was running out of time I decided to continue with them once I was assured that the quote still held Loading of the goods was somewhat uneventfulUnloading was an entirely different storyFirst the driver contacted me two days before delivery to ask me to have the balance of the payment in cashEven a banker's check was not acceptable, When the =driver arrived with the shipment he asked me to give him the cash before starting to unload which I did not like to do even though I had shown him the cash ahead of timeHe called his manager who threatened me over the phone to instruct the drive to leave immediately and have my shipment auctioned if I did not pay before unloading started Unloading was a disasterMost boxes ere badly crushed and some pieces of furniture were damagedIt was obvious that the boxes had been moved around carelessly several times before deliveryI did not a lot of help from the unloading team on making sure that boxes were taken to the right room even though there was clear markings on each oneDozens of china and glass items were found broken during unpacking even though all china and glass boxes had clear contents and fragility markings Finally all packing material was left in my garage even that that .they had used for their own packing of items that I had to pay for, Clearly the worst moving experience I have ever had in years of moving a considerable number of times nationally and internationally

Loading of the goods was somewhat uneventful. Unloading was an entirely different story. First the driver contacted me two days before delivery to ask me to have the balance of the payment in cash. Even a banker's check was not acceptable,

Clearly the worst moving experience I have ever had in years of moving a considerable number of times nationally and internationally.

If you are thinking about using this company, DON'T. I shipped my entire household and wood shop with this company, I have not received all of my goods and what I did get looked like every box was used in a drop test. MARKING THEM FRAGILE GLASS OR THE ACTUAL CONTENTS DIDN'T MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE. The contents were well wrapped but the receipt of the boxes was shocking in the condition that they came to me in.
There was no check off of the containers, there was no documentation of damages. Hand made furniture was treated very poorly, many of the items were scratched and dented. The machinery that they told me that they were able to move intact was disassembled, with parts missing and parts broken off, no documentation was made of the damage. The delivery driver was only interested in getting the load off, not the condition of the load. Stuff that should have been blanket wrapped was not, this furniture was damaged. Many of the household items, i.e. lamps were disassembled and the parts were lost, the light bulb holders were bent, the nuts to hold the lampshades were missing. No measures were made to attach parts to the items disassembled. To date I have not received the rest of the load, and continue to be ignored by both their dispatcher and his manager.

Their customer service has been contacted, but the double speak I get is ridiculous. A full set of pictures has been provided to their management with total disregard for the damage that was done to my property, they did not even acknowledge receipt of the documentation.

TO SAY I AM DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, WITH 50 YEARS IN AND OUT OF A TRUCK AS AN OWNER OPERATOR. IF I WOULD HAVE TREATED MY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY, I WOULDN'T HAVE HAD ANY CUSTOMERS.
