On March 20, 2020, I entered the store to inquire about a transfer received from an online dealer and one of the male employees asked me what I needed. I explained to the employee that I wanted to check if my transfer had arrived. Immediately another employee interrupted as asked "Did we call you?". I stated that I didn't believe I had received a call but was there to check if it had arrived since I was unable to get anyone on the phone when I called earlier throughout the day. As I was explaining, the same employee interrupted me and said "If we didn't call you, it's probably not here". I then asked if someone could check since I was already there and the tracking showed that the item had been delivered. Another male employee then interrupted again and stated that I was being "real pushy". As he was talking, the same previous male employee said that it would be a 30 minute to 1 hour wait for someone to go to the back and check if the item had arrived. I stated that it was no problem and I did not mind waiting. Shortly after, a female employee went to check for the package and brought it to the front. She opened the package in front of me, I checked the firearm and she then asked for my State of VA Driver's License. I explained to her that my DL is from Texas and she cut me off immediately and said "Well I can't give it to you". She then proceeded to talk over me, as I was simply trying to understand the procedures. In the process of her talking over me, other male employees joined in the conversation with negative attitudes. After it was determined that I could not receive the firearm, I instructed the company to return the firearm to the dealer (as I have already paid for the firearm). The company has not yet done so. In addition, the company has received a pre-paid return label to return the firearm, and as of today, All Shooters Tactical has not returned the firearm. Ultimately, I sincerely believe that I was racially discriminated against as at one point the female employee threatened to
purchased a firearm online and had it transferred to us. *** came in before her transfer was ready and demanded us do look for it. We went and grabbed her firearm and processed it ahead of others. She provided a Georgia driver's license. We explained to her that she could not pick up the firearm in question as you have to be a resident of the state. Enclosed is a picture of the box stating this information. She became argumentative and combative. We informed her we could phone the Virginia State Police to clarify the process. She then demanded us to send it to another store that would do a transfer. This clearly violates all state and federal laws and we have no interest in violating them or doing any illegal activity. We informed her that we would have to send the firearm back to the shipping company.
