1-as per my email, the damage happened on march 1st ,We were not told about the damageAfter loading the trailer was saled (see seal # on Bill of lading, which copy I sent by email when started the complaintSince the trailer is sealed, and the seal has to be broken by the receiver, we had no access to inside trailer until deliver day on march 3rd
2- On march 3rd the receiver broke the seal and opened trailer doors and witnessed the damageWe immediately called the ** *** broker, Mr*** *** who promised will contact ADS and will help fix our trailerThe broker asked us not to contact ADS since he has business relationship with them (see attached emails), but unfortunately, they denied the damage and avoided to give me their claim department
3- On march 8th, I informed the broker that I should the ads claim contactI was given the me the email of Mr*** who stated by email a denial, and accusation to the receiver that witnessed their damageHis boss, Ms*** *** followed his assertion, and stated she has a video of the trailer as a proveI asked that prove, and they never bothered to answer
Please ask them to provide us the multiple on-site video they claimed to have reviewed that proves they did not do the damage
