(Started 8/31/15)The decking (sheeting) is "wood shake" which means the roof needs approx 60 sheets of plywood.  The going rate is 40$ per ($2400) - We agreed to a discount rate of $1500.HoweverThe husband is trying to extort me for $1000 cash for being late.- I went through some rough time of late, but am taking care of contract now.

Consumer sent the following update: sorry I have not been in contact with you. Is there any way I can bring the information to your office, I would like you to view all  the text messages between Mike S[redacted] and myself. He has not done the roof yet. Was trying to charge me another 2500.00...

to do the job. Oh by the way. He is on a “work release program” . a lot has happened this week, he tried to give us 1000.00 and sign a paper  to pay us back. We didn’t take the check or sign the paper. We gave him until next Thursday to resolve this one way or we will  be pressing charges and he can go back to jail. At this point that may be the answer.
