He posted dated a check to me for the remaining 188 balance and it was no funds in there. We have tried calling them multiple time to get the...

balance paid and they have been ignoring us"

This message is in regards to the below indented message previously sent to my google email account, [redacted].  I was unaware messages had been awaiting my attention and am fully aware and able to support my position now.  I would like to ask first that you provide me with the missing attachments that were referenced in the businesses response.  The attachments I need to see are #1, 3, and 8.

Customer's statement:"We had an agreement to buy a specific engine and install it in my [redacted] CTS"Mobile Tech Auto Reply:The agreement was to buy a used engine, that fit into his limited budget.NOTE: See Attachment #1Customer's statement:"After conning me into paying him in advance for two thirds...

of the job under the guise that it would speed up the repair time and make everything go smooth, I agreed."Mobile Tech Auto Reply:Customer never paid us in advance two thirds of the job, customer paid for the purchase of engine along with all the necessary oil's and fluids.NOTE: See Attachment #1Customer's Statement:"after he had the money in hand he changed the agreement without my consent or knowledge"NOTE: see attachment #1 with customer signatureCustomer's Statement:"upon pick up of my vehicle there were several electrical components now not working"Mobile Tech Auto Reply:The CTS was broke down for two years according to the customer with a dead battery, so there is no way we could have know if the electrical problems were there to begin with, also the customer in his statement could not specify which componets are not working.NOTE: See Attachment #2 Customer's statement:"transmission was damaged as he decided to repair and replace by taking out the whole entire drive train from the wheel rotors to the back transmission linkage"Mobile Tech Auto Reply:This repair procedure will not damage a transmission, the repair procedure preformed was done with the [redacted] recommended procedure.NOTE: See Attachment #3 & 4Customer's statement:"I also noticed the business put nearly 200 miles on my odometer to which he stated he had been driving it all week to make sure was ok", "The engine was knocking and missing and belt tensioner visibly moving"Mobile Tech Auto Reply:Customer say's we drove his car nearly 200 miles, so he must be admitting that the car runs well no knocking and miss firing engine with a damaged transmission could drive 200 miles. The CTS has not been register in over two year therefore we would not be able to drive it. Customer said he can see the belt tensioner moving which shows his lack of automotive knowledge, serpentine belt tensioners are supposed to move.NOTE: See Attachment #5Customer's Statement:"He offers no negotiation, no resolution whats ever immediately telling me I'm crazy I'm trying to get out a payment"Mobile Tech Auto Reply:Customer said we did not offer any negotiation or resolution, this is a false statement. We have a screen shots of text messages conversation showing that we attempted to resolve this matter. on 8/23/16 @ 2:44pmNOTE: See Attachment #6Customer's statement:"he had already given me my keys in the car I told him I'm parking out front and have a tow truck tow it back to my house in the morning"Mobile Tech Auto Reply:Customer demanded that he test drive the vehicle before paying, this is something that we normally don't do, but we allowed him to easy his worries or concerns. After test driving the vehicle he mentioned that it runs well, after parking he proceeded to push every button, switch, and lever inside the vehicle trying to find any excuse not to pay. After which he would not give the key back later calling a tow truck trying to take the vehicle without payment.Customer's statement:"Then a lien notice with fraudulent completion dates and monies owed. I have proof of our agreement, the mileage, the parts stripped , the fraud docs."Mobile Tech Auto Reply; The job was completed on Monday 08/15/16 @ 6.01pm, we kept vehicle free of charge for 5 days because customer claiming to be in San Jose working. after refused to pay on Friday 8/19/16 we began a $30 per day storage fee. $160 locksmith fee because the customer took the key, also $60 charge from towing company to install anti theft device, $849.21 still due for labor, and $68 for the lien processing fees.NOTE: See Attachment #7, 8,  9, & 10Mobile Tech Auto filled a small claims case against this customer to recover our losses.Note : See Attachment 11This Customer has sent over 100 threatening text messages trying to bully us into releasing his vehicle for free as well as false and slanderous statements on the internet. The customer has a 101 day warranty on the Engine, if the engine truly had a problem he could have just collected hes warranty, Here's a video of the customers engine running, which clearly proves there is no knocking or missing, and shows the engine to be in very good condition, with no leaks, smokey tail pipe, or computer error messages.Note : See Attachment 12[redacted]
