Review: I contracted with [redacted] of All Size Doors Corp on 1/**/14 to install four Pella sliding doors, agreeing to pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 at the half way mark and 1/3 on completion. I made two $4,0000 payments. He installed 3 out of four doors and then told me that he did not have money to buy the last door from Pella. He asked me to pay for it. Additionally, the one door leaks, and two weeks after the installation, flooded out my downstairs. I asked him to repair this and his has not. There is an additional list of undone tasks, e.g., locks, screens, painting and sealing. I have contacted him on numerous occasions by phone, email and in writing; he promises to show up but never does.Desired Settlement: I would like him to install the fourth door, repair the leak that his installation caused, and finish the list of undone tasks, e.g. locks, screens, painting and sealing. Failing this, I would like a full refund of the $8,000 that I have paid him. I will use this money to complete the installation of the fourth sliding door, reinstall the leaking door,and damage to the drywall from the flooding downstairs.

Review: Owner was contacted on September**, 2012, based on a referral for some repair(adjustments)on some exterior/interior doors that weren't locking or closing properly. The price was $700 and the most important door was the front door which was a relatively new door. Upon completion of the job, everything seemed to be working okay and he was paid in full. Not long after, we noticed that the trim on the sidelights of the front door were coming off and as winter approached it was extremely cold in the entrance way where the front door is. Also, one of the other doors he "fixed", master bedroom not only did it not lock it didn't close. And one of the other exterior doors which he promised to mold to the frame after he "fixed" it, never did and it was still leaking. We contacted him several times by phone, text and e-mail from the time we noticed through April 2013 to no avail. He would promise to come, I would wait for him and he would never show. I had to have someone come in and fix the master bedroom door and I managed to fix the leaking door. At this point the front door is leaking air from the transom, side lights and all around the door. It is absolutely freezing in the front entrance which it never did. What was never a problem is a huge problem now.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my $700 to have a new front door installed as well as the cost of the door, since I will probably have to replace the door as I don't think it can be fixed. It looks like he damaged the frame of the door.

Review: I paid $300 deposit on 7/*/14 for a new storm door and 6 interior doors replaced. This company promised to do it on 7/**/14. They never showed or called on that day. When I called, he ([redacted]) simply said he's very busy with his other works. We rescheduled it on 7/[redacted] again, he didn’t showed up or called. When I called him, he said his car is in the shop. By this time, I already lost 2 days from work because no other person can be at home when they do the job EXPECTEDLY. For the 3rd time he promised to do it on July [redacted]. When the day came, nobody showed up or call, so again I called. [redacted] answered and assured me that he already sent his men to do the job. I told him nobody showed up. He called me few minutes later and told me his guy was in the hospital. This company failed to comply to their promise to do the job they were hired for, or even showed up and worst not even make an effort to call me to let me know they could not do it.Desired Settlement: I want this company to refund my deposit of $300 for 3 times failure to do the job. I also want them to pay $600 for 2 days of work I have lost as a result of them not showing up or cancel scheduled appointment.
