WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! My parents were looking to have fencing installed and I specifically told them not to use all size. I received a quote mid-May for fencing to be installed beginning to mid July. At first I received great customer service, calls frequently to check in, etc. I ended up going with the company due to the great service and I wanted to support a locally owned business even though install time was a bit later and the quote was the most expensive of the 3. Someone was out right away to take my check and promised again that it would be beginning to mid July. Nobody showed mid July and there was no phone call, so I called them. They promised me the between July 15-20. Again, no phone call so, again, I called them. Then I was promised the week of July 25th. That came and went and again, no phone call. I called the 27th quite upset at the lack of communication and was told that they would be out August 1. Someone finally showed up August 1 and simply looked around the yard. On August 4 they finally showed up to begin setting the fence posts. We didn't see anyone again until August 9 and they finally finished the project August 11, over a full month after the expected finish date. When the workers were around they were unprofessional. When I would come outside my house they would complain to me about how they didn't want to be at work, it was hot, etc. Once they finished it, the work was sloppy and incomplete. The chain link fence was EXTREMELY loose and the gate wasn't level with the ground. He came by to check how it was and when I explained how disappointed I was with how slow the install had been he yelled at me for requesting a compensation stating that it wasn't his fault and he doesn't have enough help. He finally did offer us $75 off of our $4500 fencing project, not an amount I am happy with but unfortunately my husband agreed to it. They showed up on August 15 to tighten the fence but neglected to adjust the gate. The gate was finally lowered on August 16. He came to collect my payment after I returned from my honeymoon on the 24th and explained how he was going to add a bar to the bottom of the gate to close the gap where the ground is uneven. I was told that it would be done first thing on August 29 but nobody ever showed up. My check was cashed the day I paid him and even after an email I still haven't seen anyone around to fix the gap under my gate fence.
