All Size Self Storage

Review: I have had the worst experience with one of your locations. My husband contacted the All Size Storage office on foothills blvd in Roseville ca to obtain a copy of his contact for his storage unit that went to collections. I was not part of this contract my name wasn't on it, it was my husband solely. I noticed on my credit report it went to collections and reported my name falsely. My husband called the collection agency that All Size Storage uses for there collections. My husband told the women [redacted]s I was not on that, She claims that All size storage sent my name over to her for a joint collection. My husband left work drove to the All size Storage and asked for a copy of the contract to provide to [redacted]s so she can take it off my credit. The manager [redacted] was the very rude and didn't even try to help. He told my husband he would not give it to him its not his problem. When my husband called me to tell me what happened, I was taken back. I decided to call the Storage place and talk to [redacted] myself. I explained what had happened and why my husband needed a copy. I even asked if he cant give it to my husband then to call the credit collector [redacted] and clear my name. He was extremely rude to me told me to get a court order he doesn't have to give it to me I told him he doesnt have to give it to me just to call. This doesn't make any sense to me. I asked him where in a contract does it say he cant give us a copy or it has to be subpoena if its lost he said he can do what he wants. I'm in customer service and I work for a bank, you are here to help your customers and if something is wrong you fix it. This man did not help. When I asked for the owners contact information [redacted] hung up on me. My husband drove over to the collection agency office to try and fix it, when he showed up they told him that [redacted] called and said he made a mistake I wasnt on that file. It will be taken off my credit in 30 days. Still no call from [redacted] telling mwe=e he made the mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like the 42 point back that it took off my credit score for this mistake as well as being paid back for the time and gas money to drive around to fix this issue that wasnt mine.
