We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our main priority.We do show that Ms [redacted] placed an online order for All Skin & Skin Glow on 3/1/for a day trial period of each productWe did receive a cancellation on 4/19/2016, which was after the 14th day as our terms do state that the initial trial period begins the date of order submission and if more time is needed, to call our customer support.As a courtesy, we have issued a full credit in the amount of $129.98x& $142.97xfor both March and April charges to Ms***'s accountThis refund should appear within the next 3-business daysWe do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with
