I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint To begin, *** *** clearly admitted in his response that he did NOT complete the work, which is an admission to breach of contract He states that all of the additional electrical and plumbing work was outside the scope of the original contract, which is true However, what ** *** fails to state is that all of this additional work was agreed to and paid in full separate from the original contract ALL work outside the scope of the original contract was paid as expenses were incurred and I have all emails and cancelled checks as evidence of this.I continue to incur additional expenses (I have all pictures, invoices and contacts from various contractors) to have a significant portion of ** *** work re-done as most of it was out of code and posed a danger to our house and my family Again, ** *** clearly states that he left the job '90%' complete, which is incomplete by definition.Finally, ** *** did not stop the work because I became 'belligerent' Rather, I became upset AFTER he quit the job AND refused all of my phone calls and text messages pleading with him to finish the job I gave *** *** every chance to honor his commitments before jeopardizing our relationship I will not accept his response as closure to this matter as it is fraught with lies, half truths and excuses to avoid confronting me and/or closing out this contract As a side note, on of ** *** former employees stopped by my home last evening to retrieve tools He informed me that he no longer works for ** *** because ** *** has not paid him for work performed, has blocked his phone calls and text messages and will not address any of his attempted requests for payment or discussions This is consistent with ** *** business behaviors and personal conduct.Sincerely,*** ***

On 9/28, [redacted] said no refund because 1) he and his crew went above and beyond for customer, and 2) when customer was belligerent and threatening it voided the contract, so he has no refund coming.

Ms. [redacted] claims that I have been sending her unsolicited emails from a company called Ladies Evening Out. In December 2013, the company called LadiesEveningOut was sold to...

a new owner. I have no access to the database and do not send emails from the LadiesEveningOut email account. Ms. [redacted] provides no evidence that my name, Jennifer K[redacted], is associated to these emails which includes sending the emails to her. Ms. [redacted] has several options that she can pursue. 1. She can remove her name from the database email that is being sent to her by selecting the 'opt out button'. 2. She can block any emails coming from the email address LadiesEveningOut. Ms. [redacted] has made allegations without baring any proof that in fact I, Jennifer K[redacted], was actually the person sending the emails to her. I advise Ms. [redacted] to contact the new owner and have her name removed. I do not wish to ever be contacted by Ms. [redacted] again.  Warm Regards, Jenn K[redacted], MS.
