I leased-to-own a Samsung Galaxy smart phone and a Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer from SmartWay I live close to their location at Eastway Drive and had heard from friends and relatives that they had a very nice store and very professional and friendly staff They delivered my items the same day, and delivery was free It was raining that day, and the drivers took the time to put on shoe covers so they did not track mud and dirt into my house I thought that was a nice touch I chose to make payments every other Friday, which is how I get paid at my job, and that works out well They let me make payments online through their website or in the store, but I decided to put my debit card on file with them because they give you a discount for doing it that way The prices are excellent and the store is very clean and nice I would recommend SmartWay to anyone that needs furniture, appllances, TV's or anything else for their home They even have tires and let you make payments on those I'm going to need those soon so I'll be back!

Very poor customer service.

Not as accommodating as other lease places. They start to aggressively collect the items even on the day of payment due. They have came to my complex ringing different door bells just to be buzzed in and even told my minor niece I was going to jail. I can afford the items, just needed an extra two weeks and I planned to pay off my accounts even though it would be cheaper for me to buy them some where else. Do not use them if you feel you may be late from time to time. They want to collect their items the first day you late.
