Review: I wish to cancel my ASN Hosting account, but I receive no response to my numerous request.

I signed up with ASN's Hosting account, and after reviewing it decided it was too complicated. I've submitted email requests to every email address I can find on Mr. [redacted]'s sites, and left a phone message in order to cancel this. To date I've received no response on this issue, no return emails, no return phone call. My hosting account has not been cancelled. I do not request a refund, but I do want my hosting account cancelled prior to the next billing cycle. Desired Settlement: I want my hosting account closed and no further charges billed. I would also like my affiliate account closed with ASN, because I've had past issues with them that have remained unresolved because I have not been able to get responses to most of my attempts to contact them.

We just received this notification of an issue. Whether it was because the emails sent to us were from emails not part of the account in question, did not include the subject domain name or ASN ID, this is the first that we have been made aware of an issue.

We have hundreds of thousands of members and have have a comprehensive multi part support system that works very well. Unfortunately, without, at least, basic information, regarding the member account, the emails can't be properly routed so we have no way to find or intelligently respond to issues.

In doing a search of all emails, we still were unable to actually find a request for cancellation. However, based on the notification provided by this complaint, we were able to track down the account and immediately cancelled it.

As to the statement of having having had past issues with us... Even though, I now know who the person is and their member information, I still am again unable to find any emails indicating problems.

I do not accept their response because I did write to the correct email, as well as provided all account information. I don't understand why they claim they did not receive my contacts. However I would like this case closed, and as long as they've agreed to do so, and to cancel my hosting account I will accept this as closed.
