purchased one of our coupons from ***: $Three Men/Truck/Hours/$Fuel/$off of your moving supplies (Free Roll of Shrink Wrap)After your three hours on your coupon the rate goes back to the regular rate for our three man crew $Per Hour, $Fuel ChargeIf you only need the movers for an additional half hour over the three hours on your coupon, your rate will be $plus your $fuelIf you only utilize the movers for the three hours on your coupon the only fee would be the $for your fuel chargeYour time starts when the movers get to your pilocation, and your time ends when you are completely done with the movers at the drop-off locationI have your move scheduled for March 26, 2015, with the arrival time between 8:- 9:a.mFor the safety of your items, All-Some Movers ask that all drawers are completely empty, and that all packed boxes are sealed completely closedAll-Some Movers accepts the following for payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Personal CheckIf paying by Personal Check, please provide the movers with your Drivers LicenseNo out of state checks, pleaseIf you have any questions, or if anything changes, please give us a call at *** *** or by E-mail at: [email protected] Thank you and we look forward to providing you with our quality and professional moving servicesThank you and have a GREAT DAY!! Darlene All-Some Movers *** ** *** The first thing that All-Some Movers would like to mention, is the fact that his move only took three (3) hours to conduct, which fell in the a lot time on his coupon, and the only remaining fee was for his fuel charge of $ From the minute that the movers arrived Mr***, immediately started complaining about the time and proceeded to rush and stand over the movers, which made for a very difficult time to conduct the move. Company policy all items get padded and wrapped to secure them from damage. With the four (4) kitchen chairs, these chairs had very delicate legs, which could very well be damaged if not padded and wrapped. He was told that if he did not want the items to be protected that he would have to sign a release form, which he did not want to do. He stated that he made a call to the office, yes only because after talking loudly and being disrespectful to the movers, they threatened to leave and not conduct his move, which at that time I contacted the movers, and ask that they not leave and try and accommodate the Customer, which they agreed to do so Mr*** refers to a damage to his entertainment center, normally the movers will do a pre-existing damage form for the pieces that already have damage to them. No pre-existing damages were reported, regardless of the circumstances, whether the piece was already damaged or if the piece was damaged during transit, due to the fact that no pre-existing damage form was filled out, All-Some Movers would considered his claim. Until he made his complaint to the Revdex.com and provided his bad review to *** ***, All-Some Movers was not aware that any of his pieces got damaged. After being notified through both the Revdex.com and *** ***, Mr*** was instructed to please provide documentation via the e-mail or his *** reply section providing us with a written statement of the extent of the damage, or pictures, or both etcand currently as of today we still have not received anything in writing to process his claim. Per the guidelines set forth for the moving companies, and per the signed contract "A Household Good Carrier's liability for loss or damage to any shipment is $per pound per article". If Mr*** would like to submit his information, we would be glad to proceed with the process started for his claim. He can submit the information via our e-mail: [email protected] With Mr*** issue with the bed. With him trying to expedite the move by disassembling his bed, Company policy is that if it is a piece that All-Some Movers disassembles, when the piece get to the new location, our movers will do the reassemblyA lot of times when our guys do not do the disassembly of the piece, it makes it difficult for them to do the reassembly due to (striped screws or ect.) and with the legs on the bed rails they are very fragile and will strip out wood, or even break off. In this case that would have been a time issue and once again Mr*** would have been unhappy Addressing the issue of reimbursement on his move. The coupon he choose had three (3) hours of moving. With this coupon it does not matter if you use the movers for one (1) hour or if you use the movers for the full three (3) hours, the price is the same. Again, Mr*** did use the movers for three (3) hours and All-Some Movers feel that there will be no reimbursement on his move.
