I am rejecting this response because: The business states that I am not due a refund because I have (a one year warranty), however the business has not followed up with issues raised, and in fact, I have an e-mail response from the business stating that they "are done" with further follow up on issues and in essence will not warranty anything. The business has continually stated that their work is wonderful, however the driveway is obviously and blatantly substandard and a total mess. The business always has an excuse for every issue raised. The bottom line is that the business is not equipped to do any paving and has no idea what they are doing. They should stick to seal coating, which they also now provide with a different substrate and apply the substrate in a very "skimpy" coat, leaving areas of minimal or no coverage. If they truly have a warranty, then they need to replace the driveway or refund my money

We did this drive for mr *** and come out 2-time more and every time he is satisfied,then weeks later he try's finding some thing else wrong with drive way I did work for me *** a year ago he had another company do work for him and he didn't like there work once finished but on that note I did
him best job any one can do and got 10+ jobs off his in his neighborhood and mr *** still has a year warranty so there should be no need for refund

I am rejecting this response because: The response has been typical from the business. Total denial. The "warranty" is none existent as he refuses to acknowledge very obvious defects in the pavement. The business owner has excuses for everything and does not accept responsibility for pavement that has continuously deteriorated because he did not have the appropriate equipment and should not be advertising himself as a paving company. The pavement is a mess to begin with and I should not have to wait to see "how it weathers". The truth is that this business is an out of state group that leaves to Texas after summer and is unavailable to customers seeking any type of remedial work. As expected, the business is unresponsive and does not accept responsibility for their shoddy work. The owner always has the delusion that his unsatisfied customers are satisfied when they are not

I have took care of all that is wrong with driveway this season and if there's any problem after weather we will take care of it but for now there's nothing wrong with the driveway for that being said I will not work on your driveway for 2016 any more done been out there tomany times for nothing so call me in 2017 and we will see how the does over winter
