This letter is in regards to the customer concern submitted on 6/11/15, ID [redacted] Customer purchased a [redacted] on May 18., Customer chose to finance the vehicle through [redacted] CorpThe account number referenced in the complaint is for this lenderThe purchase price, interest rate and all charges were explained to customer at multiple timesCustomer signed contracts after this was explained to her(Please see enclosure 1)The customer submitted a statement that she contacted our lot multiple times, there is no record of thisThe only contact we have had from the customer was on 5/22/She brought the vehicle to the lot and stated that it would not pass WV state inspectionThe vehicle was immediately taken to garage and repaired(Please see enclosure and 3), Customer picked up vehicle after repairs were completed and to date has not contacted any employee here, The vehicle purchased Includes a day/mite warranty, 25% parts and 25% laborThe vehicle is covered under this warranty until June 18, (Please see enclosure 4)

Absolutely horrible!!! Gave me $2000 for my car as trade in and sold it for ten thousand. My jeep I got from protech blew up in the first week of purchase. The owner of protech promised me if I took it to their garage everything would be paid for under warranty. He lied I still had a $600 bill. I could have left it at the garage in my town and had it fixed correctly but he promised it would be completely covered if I took it to his garage. So I paid a $500 tow bill to get it there. Then got stuck with the garage bill and plus they said they put a new used motor in it and it sure didn't!! My husband marked the motor and it was the same one. But charged us for a new one. Then it blew up again almost a year later. I put in over two grand in it and still got [redacted] in the end. Not happy with protech!! Nor there garage fast Freddie's. I gave my car to them for [redacted] junk that cost me a fortune. And I'm still stuck without a vehicle. Protech would always say they would call me back and never call. I had to call them over and over again before they would even talk to me and try and fix it. But they didn't do [redacted] bc they are [redacted] people who just rip people off on their hard earned money.

The purchase price, interest rate and all charges were explained to customer at multiple times. Customer signed contracts after this was explained to her. (Please see enclosure 1). The customer submitted a statement that she contacted our lot multiple times, there is no record of this. The only contact we have had from the customer was on 5/22/15. She brought the vehicle to the lot and stated that it would not pass WV state inspection. The vehicle was immediately taken to garage and repaired. The vehicle is covered under this warranty until June 18, 2015. (Please see enclosure 4)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Hello,     I am letting you know that the issue has not been resolved as a matter of fact, the work that Pro-tech had done on the vehicle the day after we bought it just to pass inspection, ended up ruining the front tires on the vehicle because they did not align front end, or tell me to get an alignment. What was brand new tires are now bald. The car lot had failed to mention to you that in the whole process of buying the [redacted], we asked them to fix the check engine light 3 times, and I believe that they just cleared the light off and didn't acknowledge my request (saying they knew nothing about it is false). The day of the signing I asked again and the lady told me that she checked it and it was just a sensor. To my knowledge, they had to have known that the transmission was going out. According to [redacted] there were the 3 transmission errors. I know this could not have change that drastic in 3 weeks time. Now the vehicle has lost all the oil since the time at signing (assuming it was full to begin with), continuously shutting off during operation and unable to maintain proper functions. And the [redacted] is now parked in my driveway and unable to be driven. I want some action taken please. There should be no reason for an [redacted] dealer to be selling a vehicle that I believe follows under the lemon law and now I have a car payment of 267.00 per month for 4 1/2 years and have only made the first payment. The financing company is [redacted] and has refused to help me with any type of compensation until action is taken with car lot. Sincerely,   [redacted]
