Does my contract with Dodson open the door for personal inquiry and invasion of privacy? [redacted] my Dodson technician is the one who brought it this to my attentionHe said he found it odd that [redacted] would be asking about the layout of my back yard, which is why he brought it to my wife and I’s attentionAs an active duty military member with multiple deployments I value my privacyThe majority of those in my neighborhood are active or retired military, and have contracts with Dodson as wellLike
I had a service contract w Dodson for years & then stopped because I was selling my houseWhen I had to have termite inspection with the sell of the house, they found termitesI immediately contacted Dodson to be told I only had a "pest control" contract with them which didn't cover termitesThe area manager ***, told me, "no where on my contract was the word termite." OKthat leads me to believe my entire house was covered under ANY pests since I have no experience in this field of businessSo now I'm left to deal with a mess that I thought was covered by them, something I was under them impression that I've paid for for years
On April 13, 2016, Dodson Inspector *** *** inspected our property and gave us a written quote of $to rid the property of Old House Borers, Powder Post Beetles, Subterranean Termites, Wood Decay Fungi and to change damaged insulation He also stated that the termite work would be guarenteed for years and the other work would be guarenteed for life
Upon completion of the work on May 17, 2016, a worker told me that approximately $of additional work would be required to assure that the Powder Post Beetle and Wood Borer problems would be resolved On May 21, 2016, I received one year Service Agreement Warranties for termites and fungi ONLY

09/- Received service deposit refund check from Dodson for $Dodson to verified refund was correct02/- Dodson phoned claiming refund was a mistake owed to different customer wirh similar name - I asked for documentation - received a week laterDocs included my related docs AND other Dodson and Bank of America shared customer's bank account information! Currently trying to determine who now has my banking information thanks to Dodson
made "damage" spot by jabbing screw driver through the door jambive had appraisers and home inspectors come through house between 8/through 11/and no one else has commented on the "supposed" spotthis was also their second time outthey visited on 7/28/and nothing was found then
Following my complaint via the Revdex.com Dodson contacted me and their representative was extremely professional in helping clarify and resolve my issue
