I have not lied to *** ***Its not me that notifies a person of their recovered vehicle, its the Police that do itI did not have any information on *** until the day he called meI had no excuse for *** not being able to pick up his truckSeveral times he was supposed to come for his truck but did notI never told *** his truck was "just fine"When we recover a vehicle we dont know whats wrong under the hood but we did see that the distributor was missing and told that to *** so he knewI was not domineering and uncaring, I tried to help ***On the contrary, I had *** yelling at me that he was going to sue me for the tow billI was working with the Pastor of his church who was also trying to help by paying the tow billI did not want to keep ***'s truckI would rather just get paid for doing my jobI was not willing to take it to a repair shop at ***s request because *** did not come here with the check from his Church Pastor as he said he would do.
The last time I spoke with *** was on June 9th, but that time, had been storing his truck for weeksHe asked me what the fees would be to get it and said that he would be coming with paymentHe did not comeNow he has made complaints
I am sorry that I spelled ***s name wrongThat was by accidentI did not get the police report for his stolen vehicle, that is not my information
So my question to *** is, Why did you not come here with the check from your Church when they were willing to pay the tow bill?

Hello, this is Michele H***, owner of Allstar 24hr TowingThe Josephine County sheriff called my company to retrieve a stolen Ranger pickup on May 19,We brought it back to my tow yard waiting for the owner to contact me, which is customaryHe called me about a week later, He lives an hour
away in RoseburgHe told me he was on his way to get his truck and pay me I had already offered to reduce my bill and not charge him the storage fees discounting the bill for himHe did not show up to get his truckHe called a couple of days later and requested me to tow his truck to a repair shop and that the pastor of his church was going to pay the tow billThe Pastor did not pay as he told me he wouldI could not take the to the repair shop and be responsible to for his repair bill alsoSeveral times *** *** called me telling me he was coming to get his truck and pay me and he never didAfter about 3weeks of storing his truck, *** called me and began threatening me with law suits and complaints like the one received by the Revdex.comAnother week later, he called and asked what the tow bill and storage fees were and said he was coming to get his truck that dayHe did not comeThrough out this whole time he has called numerous times asking how much the discounted bill was and told me he was on his way, He never cameHe only lives an hour awayNow he is making these claimsI have only tried to help him but I cannot be responsible for storing and repairing his truck indefinitely*** has done nothing to help himselfHe is expecting others to do it for himThe things he stated in his complaint are inaccurateI have helped as much as I couldI have had his truck for a month nowHe can still come and get it but I cannot store it for free all this time.

First of all [redacted], is Totally Lying, it took nearly 1 week and a half for her letter to even show up at theRoseburg post office for me to pick up…by that time All Star Towing knew that the bill would be too highfor me to pay at that time of being over a thousand dollars. I tried to work with [redacted] 3 to 4 times toresolve our differences about picking up my truck, every time she has some excuse of myself not beingable to pick my Ranger (And was very Domineering & Uncaring on the phone), one was the first coupleof times that I called she said my truck was just fine, the third she told me that the whole distributor wasripped out my truck, I find this kind of Ironic that this would happen to my truck after it was there after 2weeks…… Another thing is that my brother said that it is really weird that the distributor would be the only thingmissing “he said it would be like taking 20 dollar bills and leaving the rest of the money when robbing abank” – it just doesn’t make sense – unless the towing company in the first place wanted to rip off mytruck for their so called auction. When I initially contact [redacted] the first time (on the 3rd attempt), shesaid that it was only the distributor cap then they changed their story to the whole distributor (thatsame day), I was then stuck with trying to get my truck towed to an auto mechanic – I then made planswith [redacted] to have them do this, the very next morning she made another Lie up that me and Momwas supposed be down in Grants Pass to pick up my truck that morning –that is Totally [redacted] – shesaid the afternoon before that All Star Towing would tow it for me to an auto mechanic for me to beable to pay her for the tow and the other expenses for keeping my truck there at All Star Towing.Also, I find it Very Offensive that [redacted] wrote the reply response to the Revdex.com as my name “[redacted]”that she knows [redacted] well that this is the female name and not how the correct way of saying [redacted]that was given in the Oregon State Police report. ..I do not slander her with calling her [redacted] insteadof [redacted].I wanted to let you guys know at Revdex.com to please contact [redacted] [redacted] (his email address is[redacted] - [redacted] (Legislative Aid to [redacted] State Senator is taking onthe case – their email address is [redacted] or contact [redacted] on thegoogle main search page.
