free to our shop so that we could fix it. We Went to the dealer and purcased a OEM Part when the part that was broken originally was an aftermarket part that was purchased by this custorner.We payed for her rental vehicle free of cost until the job was complete. We went above and beyond for this customer , and she was sastified upon leaOng our shop. She later then called the shop saying sornthing else was going wrong with this vehicle and that it was our fault. We had nothing to do with the unfortunate break of a diffemt part in her car. Had she of taken it back to us, and spoke to us in a kind manner All Star Automotive would have gladly fixed whatever else was wrong with her vehicle We will no longer be doing business with this customer because she has proven to be an ungrateful individual. This job cost a lot of money that I willingly payed out of pocket to help this customer out. It is better to take losses with people like her then to create a bigger headache far myself and the company. Again to make a point of it, All Star Automotive went above and beyond to help this person out with her own mistake. Thank You , Daniel Gonzales [redacted]
