Review: Hello, I purchased a vehicle from All Star Automotive 9/27/2013. I dealt directly wih [redacted] and [redacted]. Upon completing my transaction to purchase a 2011 [redacted], [redacted] verbally "promised" me to provide an owners manual and a driver side door plate (which has melt/burn spots on it). I have continually contacted [redacted], and recently contacted [redacted] regarding these items, and no resolution has come about. It has been approximately 4 months since I was promised these items and they have yet to be delivered.Desired Settlement: Please keep your "promise" and deliver my NEW merchandise in a timely fashion.
