I am writing to make you aware of the unbelievably poor customer service I have received at the Paradise Point San Diego On November 22, I stayed at your hotel for nightRight from the time of check-in, my experience had been the worst everIt took so long time to chebecause my room key card was not activatedAbout minutes later, we received the key and went to our roomThe key was not workingSo I drove back to the front desk and asked fix the problemWhen I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that this was not possible because the hotel room is full booked on the night The receptionist said that the security will let us into the room and the room key will be sent shortlyWe waited for the room key for hour but never have received the key without even notifying us for the sameWe called the service times and asked them to provide us the keyThe service said that they will send the key ShortlyWe waited for another minutes and complain

Checked into the hotel and left to go get something to eatUpon arriving back to the hotel4hours laterThe sheets were noted to be dirtyI no longer felt comfortable staying at this hotel and asked for a refundI spoke to the night manager Tracy who was not empathetic at allShe would not give us a refund and told us if we checked out early we would have to pay a penalty feeI asked for the penalty fee to be waived due to the circumstancesHowever, she refused Very poor customer serviceOnly offered to have the house keeping change the sheetsThere was another bed in the room; however, I did not feel comfortable sleeping in itTotally ruined the night

I am just returning from a long summer vacationI started my vacation at Paradise Point in San Diego
The service was horribleThere was mold in our friends roomI am also not sure why they didn't make an effort to clean up all the spider crabsThe beach was beautiful but it smelled like dead fish
We were put in a lovely room and wanted to stay one more nightI had tried to see how much it would be talking to the front desk and they gave me a dollar rateI looked on line and got it for We then called the front desk and asked if we could stay in the same roomThey said they would have to move usWe packed everything and waitedI then called the front desk and asked for them to call meThey never didWhen we check out I asked to have the card o file charged not the one I used to book the extra night on lineThey charged both cardsIt took a few weeks of that to get resolvedThe front desk said it was confusing because reservations and the front desk aren't in

We checked in this hotel on feb 10, Upon checking in, we left our bags inside the room and went out to have dinnerAfter an hour, we went back to our room to restWe tried opening the door with our keys but the door won't openWe asked the hotel to have the doors open but their master key wouldn't work eitherA staff went around the room to use the back door to enter the roomThere we discovered that the room was locked from the inside and all our bags were missingWe were surprised that this hotel doesn't have any cctv or any form of surveillance camerasI also found out from the police officer that came to help us file the report that this type of situation happened a lot of timesUpon researching, I also found out that a homicide also happened in this hotel a few years backMy complaint is that there's is negligence on their part in terms of securityI want them to be liable for the items that were stolen on our endPls help us w thisThank you
